I knew I wanted a yamaha mt07. Knew the exact color combo and this place had one. Rob came by super casually which is the exact way I prefer sales interactions. He helped me figure out what I wanted to do and kept everything super chill. Decided to finance and it took a little bit of time but we did everything in a couple of hours. I now have the MT07 which I've been fixated on recently and we'll see how the continued service goes, but I have high hopes. Couldn't be happier ..... well the weather could be nicer.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I was charged over $1,200 for a tire replacement, service package and tensioner. They claimed it needed the valves replaced. I didn't do that but had them adjust them. After riding it a few times, it no longer started. Brought to Anderson's cycles (which I would highly recommend), the valves were not adjusted plus they used incorrect bolts. So not sure what the hell they did. I basically paid $1,200 for a tire, oil change and tensioner! BTW, the actual repairs were only $400 and were done correctly at Andersons.

Good experience on our first four wheeler purchase for our grandsons, 6 and 8 years old. Very knowledgeable and led us in the right direction to select a great little machine for these guys, the Fox 70. They are thrilled with this thing.
I am sure we will be back for a similar but little bigger one for the older guy some day as taking turns with this one now is getting to be a problem.

I would like to thank Nick Bacon for the absolute best service. This was my 3rd bike purchase from him in 12 months for me and my kids. I live an hour and half away from the dealership, but doing business here is well worth the trip. Nick goes above and beyond every time, he's extremely knowledgeable and professional. Due to the supply shortage (thanks to COVID), I had to wait for all 3 bikes, but Nick maintained constant communication and provided updates frequently. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great experience I drove over and hour to pick up my bike. Smooth transaction and Jermey had told me over the phone the OTD price. Other dealers are marking up the same bike but Motorsports International was by far the best price. Jeremy also loaded my bike and made sure she was strapped down and made it perfectly home. Traveled 250 miles from NJ to purchase my bike here. What a gem of a showroom - tons of bikes and racks full of gear, jackets, helmets, etc. My bank account is lucky I dont live close by.
As far as the sale, Jack Courtney went above and beyond, getting everything ready to go, even looking into my state's registration docs to make sure I was all set at signing, working with the shipping company I hired, etc.
I highly recommend this place. Puts the dealerships by me to shame.

I used this dealership for years for service and accessories and they were great in the beginning. Then over time as they've gotten busier their customer service went down. And finally today I decided that it was time to stop going there and just switch to another shop.

Nicholas Bacon is a stud employee. He answered every single question I had and I had a lot. He recommended the perfect bike, but was never pushy like a lot of salespeople. The sales experience was exceptional. Was so thankful to drive my bike home and it was a very warm, welcomed experience. I felt like I was part of the Motorsport family! Recently I went in to look at another bike and to drop off my bike for service (that I bought last year, with the in house warranty and all).

Bought my second motorcycle from here and they get five stars and two thumbs up. Derrick from sales was amazing right from the time the sale in December until I picked up my motorcycle in April . Jeremy the General Manager has been a huge help in locating me stock parts for my Harley and everything else I needed along the way . Phenomenal service and a phenomenal crew!! I've been in a couple of times in the last few weeks and Chris over there has been super helpful and honestly has saved me from hours of my own frustration with my bike. I originally went in for a helmet on my first visit and was looking for more of a budget buy. I got talking with chris and he explained a couple of features on some different price ranges that really caught my attention. I went up on my choice and couldn't be happier! I've had nothing but positive experiences with everyone here. I brought my first bike here for service and when I decided to upgrade, I went to a few different dealers and ended up buying a new bike and exhaust from them last year. The service department has always taken care of what I've needed and never tries to get me to pay for services or parts I don't want or need (unlike most car dealerships I've encountered)
I go out of my way to get my bike inspected here just because I like the people so much.

I brought my motorcycle here to get 2 new tires installed, which I brought with me. (they were purchased online) I was quoted $151 for the installation of both tires. I dropped the bike off on a Wednesday and came back the next day to get it. When I went to pay they told me the total was $171. I asked what the extra charges were and they said that $12.95 was for a tire valve stem replacement. They said that they always replace the valve stems when installing tires. I then asked them if they always replace them, how come that was not included in the quoted price? Then, there was $6 on the invoice

They made sure I got a good deal on the new motorcycle I selected after a couple of test rides. The bike was ready on time, on budget and with the accessories I selected installed. I bought a motorcycle there . After one year I cannot get it to run I went to two mechanics they charge me a thousand dollar I change a CDI box and I change a stator and I clean the carburetor and still we could not get the bike to run the bike have 13000 miles I don't know what to do with a bike. They me the bike was a lemon I I mean my mechanics.

They didn't rush us and push us onto the first bike we looked at.
The finance process was quick and efficient too. They got us set up with a great interest rate on our Yamaha.

I was looking at multiple different kinds of bikes and multiple different dealers. I ended up asking for a quote online through Honda's website that went to Motorsports International (because they allowed test drives and were "online certified" for giving you a quote through email).
I ended up speaking with Eric G. I was wary at first but he was pretty friendly so I went in (after having a really crummy experience at Greater Boston Motorsports). Right away it was obvious Eric wasn't just in it to sell me a bike, but he was excited about bikes himself. So we talked for a while

So many things wrong with the PARTS dept staff.
I live 40 mins away from Auburn so I call there before I go EVERY time to make sure they have what I need in stock. The other day I called and asked if they had a SPECIFIC MASTER LINK (for a 520 xso o-ring chain) to which the employee responded: "yes we have a lot of master links in stock". He wouldn't check the actual stock so knowing better than to trust anyone I called back 30 mins later and told the guy on the other end EXACTLY the part that I needed and a possible replacement, he said "ya we should have those chains in stock

While waiting I wandered around the showroom and parts department, checking in frequently in the waiting area. Eventually the inspector brought my bike back around with no inspection sticker - failed for no plate light. This is not a problem, and it's not why I'm rating the service department poorly.
