Worst doctors office I've ever been to. They just want to bill you and get money. I went in for having panic attacks and they said they couldn't give me anything to help and go to the emergency room. Any doctors I have ever been to will at least prescribed a little medication to help you until you can be seen by a specialist. No not this doctors office! Save your money and go somewhere else

I don’t like there customer service ! I took off off work needing to be seen after an appointment was made . Did not want to push to get my insurance verified ! I called the numbers they say that they called and got through . I didn’t receive an attitude of wanting to help get it verified so that I can be seen ! It was basically poor customer service so I’ll be starting at a doctor who care about my services and helping me be seen !

I have been seeing Dr. Krishniah for the last 18 years, even before he started his own practice. He is a very patient and attentive doctor with decades of experience in this field. He spends enough time listening to patients, addressing their questions and concerns. The front office staff at Palmetto Internal Medicine are very friendly and they took good care. They are excellent in followups and office is always clean and well maintained.

The care providers I have worked with have been great (this is why they get 2 stars vs 0 stars). However, the front desk personnel are often difficult to deal with. A couple of years ago I had to change primary care providers due to my employer changing insurance plans. I chose this office due to proximity to my home along with a recommendation from someone.

Money hungry. “Policy” is to MAKE you come in for routine meds. They won’t even call in diabetic supplies. Most of the staff are great. But they need to change their policy. They say it’s to “keep check ups” but I go in and all they do is write the script and check my vitals. None of that is really necessary for a diabetic check. I’m at a new dr that called in my meds before I even saw them the first time so stop making excuses and just change your policy.

They had 2 changes to make it right with my wife and myself. We were excited to have a family doctor. To our surprise, we got prescription that we don’t even need according to our lab results. The doctor does not even pay attention to your needs as an patient and my wife don’t even got to see the doctor. Even though we paid for it, they sent someone else. And many other details that got us very disappointed. Absolutely not recommend!

Dr. K is a wonderful doctor however the front office staff doesn't care about you one way or another. They all about collecting money upfront before you can be seen. Never had an issue until I had a procedure done and was told that the insurance didn't cover all of procedure so I was to take care of rest of bill. I didn't have a problem with that but to be seen at another visit I went to I had to pay the previous bill plus that days visit.
