We can't thank Regan enough for helping us out in a would be disastrous situation. Our septic system had backed up and we had no use of water, toilets, etc. We called River Valley Septic and immediately came to our house to help fix our problem. The pipe from the house to the septic was crumbling apart. Regan replaced the pipe (by himself and in the cold weather) allowing us to have full use of our water system and did so the day before a blizzard! You won't find a more professional, thoughtful, and honest company to work with. River Valley Septic has earned our highest recommendation.

First off the customer service was excellent start to finish!!!! Regan came out to see what our problem was with our system while other companies had told us we needed to be on a quarterly or bimonthly pump service and did not seem to want to help. They came out and discovered a few little surprises with our system, jetted the lines, and found the major cause of our issues. They genuinely seemed to care about fixing our problem and get us running again. We have found a new septic service company. The knowledge they showed was above anyone else we have dealt with in the past. 14 years we have been

Honest business. Came and hand dug out our tank covers, which really took effort on his part in the sweltering heat. Although he forgot to come back and put in new risers for us, he did a good job otherwise at a fair price. I guess he'll have to do the risers next time, when we use him again. I would not hesitate to recommend River Valley Septic.
