Women's Medical Center

Prior to moving to Clovis, I heard nothing but bad reviews about WMC. I’ve had 2 appointments here now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly!

I have Larissa Juberg and she is absolutely amazing! she really cares about her patients and always makes sure I leave with all my questions or concerns asked. I definitely recommend her if you are new expecting mother!

I saw Melissa Sprinkle today and she made my visit incredibly relaxed and not awkward. I had my annual (for the first time) and a replacement nexplanon implant. I was very nervous about the nexplanon but she talked me through every step and was incredibly patient and kind. I love how kind everyone always is as well. Thank you guys for being such great health care workers and taking care of those of us who have a hard time at the doctors!

I contacted about an issue I was having and was passed around to several ladies who were all in all, not concerned. I told them what was going on symptom wise and they say “Oh, i’ll write it up for a UTI.” which I insisted that was NOT the issue, just to be returned with a scoff and to be put on hold and transferred. Now after the appointment, the nurse called to follow up with information, and told me my pregnancy results were negative. Okay, but what about my initial urinary concern? Absolutely nothing. The worst medical center Ive been to,I take my pregnant wife about 2 times a month and ALWAYS wait atleast 30 min then go to a smaller room for ANOTHER 20 min wait. No wifi for guests and even lose your appointment info. Payed over $3000 up front cash so definitely not a value for the money, Guess im just not used to the terrible service this area has, Albuquerque had its downsides but this place is ridiculous. Absolute nightmare getting an appointment scheduled here. 5 phone calls over 2 weeks. They just say they will call you back and never do. I would be looking to go elsewhere if there was any other option.
I finally received a call back from ghe office manager who assisted in scheduling me and she was helpful and apologetic. If you are having a difficult time getting a return call as well, just ask to leave a VM on her line.

I get here 15 minutes early everytime and I always wait like an hour to be seen. The lady upfront told me it goes by appt and that the 2 rooms full of people that had cleared out im the hour I waited was ultra sounds and prenatals. Its irritating being uncomfortable and wait for an hour with your kids for an appt. The nurses when I called 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my 18 month old were always helpful. Dr cross and a few other drs. Are very nice but when I gave birth to my son in Sept 2017 the nurse at the plains region hospital ignored my birth plan and so did the dr. Alasli I'm not sure

This place is horrible. The nurses are alright. However in comparison to my experience in every other city the practice is horrible. I am 27 weeks pregnant. You can't get a copy of any lab results without PAYING a fee. They are the only OB in almost 100 miles so they don't have to do well. I have yet to see an actual Dr. But I am expected to schedule a C-section with a dr I don't know or trust. They have yet to check fundal height or anything you expect if you have ever had a child before. I am very disappointed and looking to move to another practice 100 miles away even with the great inconvenience

Completely disgusted and unimpressed with the care I received in reference to my miscarriage this past week. Dr. Juberg could certainly use a lesson in bedside manner and drop the God complex while dealing with miscarriage. Asking a patient what they'll do when they bleed to death isn't helpful in any way. Telling a patient their doctor doesn't know how to treat an eptopic pregnancy in the lobby in front of other patients isn't exactly comforting. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Amazing providers. The staff is amazing as well. They are focused on your health and making you feel better. After years struggling with a medical condition these were the first doctors to understand and find the cause of the condition and within weeks correct it. I am thankful for the women's medical center and their staff. And there is hardly no wait time. Staff is awesome friendly. And if you if have questions and have to leave a question for the doctor or nurse you are contacted in the same day!
