A woman in town hit our parked car and her husband called me to work through our options. He really wanted to stay away from insurance and pay for it himself, and he strongly recommended we use Eldersburg Auto Body, which I've never used before. My guard was up. When I spoke with my insurance company, they let me know that the repair shop was not part of their network, and none of the guarantees that my insurance company provided would be honored if we went outside of network. My insurance companies adjuster spoke very highly of Bill at Eldersburg Auto Body, however, and I decided to take a chance

I would give this body shop 100/100 stars if I could. Bill did such an amazing job on my car, it looks like nothing ever happened after someone hitting my car in a parking garage. Bill was trustworthy, loyal, very friendly; you can tell he truly cares. I will be recommending Eldersburg Auto Body to everyone. By far the best auto body shop I have ever been to! Thank you!

The BEST Auto Body shop that I have been to. Bill at Eldersburg Auto Body is professional, trustworthy and reliable. I have taken my car here multiple times and the service is excellent every single time. Dropped my car off before vacation for new tires, roof rack, wipers, oil change and paint repair on my wheels & passenger side door. Picked up my car when I returned and everything was PERFECT. It was also spotless. I unfortunately forgot to take before photos but I am extremely happy with the work that was done. To begin my experience with Bill and Eldersburg Auto Body, he stayed a few minutes after hours to perform my estimate. I work over an hour away and he accommodated me which was much appreciated. I used the night drop service which again, made my life easier and to top it all off, my car was finished a day early and for $100 less than the estimate! Fantastic work and a good man operating/owning the business! I'd definitely be a return customer. Thanks to everyone at Eldersburg Auto Body.

Absolutely superior! Body work is excellent - like it had never been damaged! Bill is the consument professional - responsive, focused, and superb at what he and his shop do. Bill was the first person out of three estimates to get on the ground and look under the vehicle to see more clearly the extent of damage. And he took time to clearly and simply explain what he saw and how to fix it.
Repair completed on time, at the estimated cost.

I searched my local Jeep Club looking for a good Jeep friendly shop to repair my Jeep. Everyone suggested this shop.
I was made to feel part of the family from the first phone call.
They handled all insurance issues. They also helped me do some needed upgrades while they had my Jeep apart.
Many reviews mentioned they got back a car better then new! Well they couldn’t be more right!
