Went here for an estimate. I was repeatedly asked if I was going through an insurance claim. I replied numerous times that I would be paying out of pocket. I simply wanted the true estimate and the insurance had already paid me for the damage, granted if her price was higher than what the insurance paid or she found additional damage she would have to get it from them... Still I believe a customer should be able to get an unbiased estimate.

Feeling indifferent at this point I gave her a copy of the estimate and we set up a date to drop the vehicle off. She said the first Monday after the new year

My vehicle was vandalized by someone who threw a lawn ornament into my back window. My vehicle was taken to this shop for repairs. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received. They evaluated the problem and worked with my insurance adjustor to make sure the work was done properly. Needed to have my Range Rover body fixed, company did a great job and order the parts needed which came within two days. Great quote/price and friendly. Very professional place. My husband also visited to fix his Mercedes after a terrible car accident, the company was able to get the parts and fix the entire front and side body of the car perfectly. I stopped by McCormick Auto Body to have my rear seats checked to determine if buying new clips for my Ford Focus 4 Dr. Sedan would get them to fasten. I pull up and saw Eugene working on another car for a customer. He saw me waiting and came off to my car and ask how he could help. He said he would have one of the tech look at it as he was in the middle of an estimate. His tech had to take the car to the back in the shop and when he came back out; my seats were fixed. I took my truck to them for minor rust damage . The Managers quoted me $800 dollars but ask me to sign a waiver to except " AS IS " work . Who is going to pay $800 dollars to someone that can return your vehicle back any kind of way they choose. Only a idiot
