Installed new pool and spa at my house, all installation went as planed and mostly without any issues. All was good until my pool developed some rust spots on plaster. I called Greg several times to come and look at it, but he told me to buy some chemicals and use them as directed. Nothing worked... I sort of gave up on removing them. Then one of my control valves went out when we where about to use the spa with my friends, I called him at 8pm, he answered and walked me through repairs. It sort of worked, but we still could balance the valve. I called him again few days later and asked him to stop
