The woman who brought out our food was so kind and sweet! She greeted us like family and had outstanding customer service; she made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and had nice big portions.
I recommend checking out this unique location

Very pleasant people and staff. Ordering food was confusing. You go inside restaurant and order. But then go back out to the convenience store to pay. Food was average. But the burger was severely overcooked, very dry, and the bun was old.

You would never think to dine at a gas station but this is a great place to go. Food is awesome and the service is excellent. They have a great selection of food and their build a burger days can bring in a crowd. You can't go wrong with the affordability either. Go check it out!!!

Not a bad place to eat. Their pancakes are delicious as long as they aren't burnt. Biscuits and gravy are pretty good too. Most other sandwiches and food are ok. Servers in cafe are grumpy but I'm beginning to think it's just this area. Here's an example of the inconsistency in their pancakes. (See photo). One burnt pancake hiding under one perfect pancake.

Try the chicken tenders, u won't be disappointed.

Place was highly recommended during a recent business trip and it certainly lived up to that recommendation. So much so that we ate here twice that week. Staff was very friendly. The burger I had the first visit was very delicious. But let me tell you what, you cannot go here and not try that gumbo! AMAZING!

We made a stop here because there was nothing else anywhere around. I had a chicken salad sandwich and my husband had a cheeseburger. Both were really good. There's an actual café with tables and chairs in addition to the gas station here. If you're hungry don't hesitate to stop. It was also quick if you're in a hurry. People couldn't have been friendlier.

If I could change my blood type to their gumbo I'd do it. What nice people. The owner Penny is very sweet and goes out to the tables and makes sure everyone has what they need. She gets things and serves it herself. Just very low key, high quality food. Portions are huge.

Despite the haggard old lady at the cashier stand in the gas station that I was lucky enough to haggle over my delicious seafood gumbo, wether it was allowed to be substituted or not, I will give this place 3.5 stars. Seriously, she's not nice.

The catfish plate was a little small and you will not walk out of here without paying 15$-20$ for lunch, so don't plan on saving a few bucks. All in all, not bad for a greasy spoon.

This place was referred to us by my clients, whom I am doing work for just down the street. I would have to assume they were referring the lunch and dinner , because the breakfast was a fail. You seat yourself, find your menu, ask for your drinks and then go to the counter to place your order. Consider what you would pay at a Waffle House or even a diner, because you will get less portions than that and pay more. There are no prices on the menu, the eggs were flat...is that even possible? The sausage patties.....I would wager they were used during the oil spill to soak up any left over grease?

Some of the best food are found in the most unassuming places, therefore exploration and keeping an open mind is key. This restaurant is attached to a gas station and we wandered in here to see what goodies we could take to go. It was Sunday morning and the dining room already had several families enjoying their meals. Ordered the gumbo to go, thinking it would be scoop n' go but we waited about 5 mins for it. It was the best gumbo we had during or trip - amazing flavor and packed with good stuff. It was thinner than most of the gumbo we tried throughout the city, but flavor packed and delicious

Better food than most large restaurants. The owner/chef always has great menu specials every day, and she grows some of the vegetables and herbs she uses for cooking. Incredible food that's decently priced.

This is probably the best spot for decent food on the way down to Venice once you get passed Belle Chasse.

Envision a gas station with a separate restaurant that serves the typical local menu.

The place is clean, seems to have it all covered with smokes, beer, maps and slim jims.

There is another Fil A Sack in Boothville. It is just a convienece store lacking the resturaunt

So the gumbo here is delicious I absolutely loved it. Also, the owner of this little cafe is such a sweet woman that I bet doesn't need to work at her age but enjoys her cafe and the hustle and bustle of it. Everyone knows everyone and it has your lowkey, down to earth, in the patch feel.

I got a salad another day that was good but could've been better if it wasn't made with iceberg lettuce. But my complaints are little. I am glad i came here with a local from my company because she was able to tell me that i needed to get my drink from the convenience store and then save my order

This is about as hidden a gem as you can find. A restaurant attached to a gas station in the middle of nowhere in south Louisiana - this may not sound promising to most people. However, "most people" would be dead wrong in this case.

This restaurant is probably the best lunch spot I've found on the West Bank thus far. A large menu, fresh food made to order, good prices, friendly service, and, surprisingly cool decor make this place a great find. I had the white beans with fried chicken which was one of the daily specials - so delicious! The lunch came with bread, salad, and a drink

This place is called Little Lees or something like that on the outside. Dirty cheap and great food on the inside. I got the special roast with mashed potatoes and green beans. mashed potatoes tasted like instant and beans were from a can. the roast was great though. i will def go back as i am in that area for work a lot. i will get a sandwich next time though.

lots of local workers. place has a hometown local feel (but in a gas station). cool place.

Although the service here is sometimes less than friendly, and the food is a bit pricey, they can get away with it, as they are the ONLY place in the immediate area that sells this quality of food.

They sell food that would hold its own in the City of New Orleans. I eat here often. Each day of the week there is a different lunch special. I LOVE the tuna on Fridays. Its best to call ahead cause the wait can be a bit long.

The checkout line usually moves fast in the mornings as plant workers do not like to wait. You can be in and out before the song on the radio ends.
