Currently I am suing them in small claims court for fraud!
This company is holding my title and dose not want to provide me title until I sign on documents excluding them from all and any claims after I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped to me. Thatâs illegal to do! I received the vehicle with water damage and mechanical damages, I purchased the vehicle under clean title and minor dents & scratches. I believe the title is not clean and they committed fraud!

I have been doing business with A Better Bid for several years now, I have bought 4 vehicles so far with them, but at this point won't be doing any further business with these guys. I have seen all the bad reviews about them stealing money from people but I never had this issue until this week. I placed several bids ending at $475 bid on a BMW X5 at the San Martin CA location at 1:25PM which then went under my current bid saying pending approval. I checked the next morning and it no longer said pending approval and no longer was in my account, I saw that it was posted back on for bidding.

DO NOT RECOMEND TO USE THEIR SERVICE. THEY WILL LITTERALY STEAL YOUR MONEY BY EXTRA FEES. Once I finally received a title from them I came to DMV and they gave me fine fees for late registration also, even the company up charges 100$ for mailing. I lost about 2k on their fees. Find any real broker who will help you to buy a car for 200-300$.

We purchased two trucks off this site. They loaded them with a forklift and damaged both vehicles. The gas tanks were pushed in on both vehicle, and one vehicles driveshaft was broke and hole in the transfer case. The passenger door were badly damaged as well. They said too bad, your driver should have said something. Our driver wasnât even there when they loaded it and didnât even know other than he was to pick up a truck, he didnât know what color, condition or anything else. Such a rip off.

They listed the milage incorrect, messed up delivery dates multiple times then tried to charge me tons in storage fees. The car arrived with 100k more miles than it was listed with. The customer service women are extremely rude. This was by far the most unpleasant car buying experience I've ever had. DO NOT BID WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Researching authorized Copart brokers? Pick someone else, ANYONE else (of course do your homework). My order number was b-224084 and the experience was absolutely awful. Communication is terrible (unless they want money and then, guess what!? They can communicate! It's a miracle.) The run around and charges and sur-charges and such... ridiculous. You have better options, just do your research.

They stole a f150 i purchased from them via a money transfer through my bank to theres in Silicone Valley, Ca . There office is in Miami . After I purchased 1979 f150 truck. I could not locate it for 2 weeks after the money wire of 2398 $ happened . They would also not give me my buyer # all I ever received was my lot # . So when We finally found the Truck in South Dakota at a junk Yard the lot number had been changed and it was sold again . This was 3 months ago , Pay Pal got my 1800 $ back for my deposit in order to bid but my 2 398 $is still with them . So I'm out 2398 $ . Who knows how many

I have been using AbetterBid to bid on Copart auctions, and they have been pretty much reliable . I had 3 vehicles bought so far, the website is a easy to navigate and find what you look for, no complaints.
You have to make a deposit to increase your bidding limits with is basically a 10% - So if you want to bid on a vehicle .
YOU MUST KNOW THE RULES OF CAR AUCTIONS, do not expect the title right away, sometimes titles can take months to be released from the original owner, abetterbid are just acting as a dealership agent that grant you access to copart auctions.

Very responsive through chat, they acted as the middle man with the money, and they sent me the reg 262 form, which is really all that is needed from them.
While I have had some ups and downs while going through the process, I am now seeing this is mostly a result of communication issues and website 'bugs'. The 'bugs' are really just poorly developed software issues such as everything disappearing in your account after the bid is over, then it later reappears, or being locked out while bidding. This gives off a bad first impression and an immediate feeling that you have been

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was locked out of making any live bids during the live auction even though I had MORE than sufficient funds as a Security Deposit.
I tried calling and messaging, yet received no response until AFTER the vehicle I wanted to purchase had been auctioned off.
I have a Copart membership and Copart's website allows me to make preliminary bids AND live auction bids, AFTER I have placed preliminary bids.

Sad , that there is no 0 star , good for them .
Look at 5 star reviews , they all have 2 upper letters in the words , ex. "YOu" , "CAr" , so what does this mean , in real they are what , what 1 star reviews tell . So , if they respond to My review , means nothing , becuase scammers need to be good persons , before they will take Your money .
I paid for the car and didn't received, it was delivered in to final destination in Poti, Georgia on August 25, but nobody can not tell when they will open the container, I am the buyer, so Abetter.bid must to help and resolve

Buyer be aware!!
This company has miss-leading information on the website about the hidden cost.
I bid for a motorcycle for $1,100 but total invoice is $1,788!!!
(1) In their website "how to buy, it is indicated "· Fixed transaction fee of $250* and applicable fees"
https://abetter.bid/en/how-to-buy
(2) The winning bid I have is $1,100 but the invoice said "$1,488" ?? What is this??
So the total price I invoiced is $1,788, which include $1,488 + $250 + Doc $50.
Do not ever bid on this place.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I was constantly promised phone calls and emails that were never followed up on. Getting answers on anything, even as simple as shipping lead times was like pulling teeth. I was told the title of the vehicle would be shipped to me via FedEx 2-day shipping. When I checked my tracking number and saw that the estimated arrival time was 5 days later rather than 2, I decided to call down and see what was going on. They took no responsibility for the delay and I was actually forced to pay the difference with FedEx myself. Their English was very

For starters after I registered my account a friendly helpful representative contacted me right away to answer any questions I had.
Since then I've purchased seven vehicles through A Better Bid. Every transaction has been very smooth, quick, and completely hassle free. In each transaction I've been able to pick the car up the very next day after the wire transfer.
I am not a dealer so for some vehicles I have to use a broker. I thought this would cost me extra money because of the added broker fees. In actuality even with the broker fees, I saved thousands of dollars. Literally on

Worst company ever do not do business with them they are horrible had so many problems. The car has been in transit from Dallas to Houston for a week and no one will call and tell me when I will get the car. I keep calling and they act like its my problem I have to talk to some truck driver who doesn't give a crap about anything. I could go on and on but they are huge liars and don't care about you once you have paid.

Since then now the customer service has been great, 180 turn around from years ago. But they are still unwilling to correct mistakes which is why I'm terminating my account First issue was march 2016 they sent my CLEAN Mercedes title to a pervious address and tried to blame me saying my address change
