Purchased a double barrel shotgun from one of their auctions. When I went to pay for DROs everything seemed smooth. Paid, they sent me over to fill out paperwork. Mid way through DROs paperwork the lady stops me saying I didn't need to fill out paperwork because it's a black powder gun. Sent me back to refund DROs.
Nothing in the ad stated it was black powder. They didn't even know/ realize it was black powder. I would have never bought if it started black powder. Seems like a bait and switch. Won't be doing business with them again.

At Bid Fast and Last Auction, I have had nothing but the best of service and do what they say. First Auction I won was an hour or so more away from my house. I miss read it thought it was in Hesperia well I didn't want to drive 2 hours there and 2 back so they brought it up to Hesperia a bit pricey but every would would charge $50 dollars I didnt have to drive down sit in traffic. So that made me happy. Next, there friendly this past week I won and I check Sat. and SUn. didnt see any winning Bids and someone from there staff reached out Jackie and said today was last day to pick up with out fees

The first time I used this auction site and ended up driving almost 2 hours to pick up an item, I won only to get there and be told, "sorry, we sold that on a different auction." There was no concern that I wasted my time and passed on other items because I won; this was just our bad. Then when I message them about it, they asked me for proof I won. Like check your system, but I did have the message that showed I won and sent it to them. No one ever got back to me. I will not recommend them, not just because the item was sold, but their reaction and lack of concern for the situation.

I've spoken with Apple and they've stated it was not legal to sell this item as it is locked. Selling a locked item is illegal. they told me to take it back to the seller for a completely refund. I highly doubt this demon running this company will refund my hard earned money. Oh, they also offer a cash option at check out to make it a better deal, making it hard to file a claim with them. Always use your debit card.
Never got to use my $350 paperweight. It sits on my desk as a reminder your company is trash and everyone including yourself are the same. Trash.

I should have read all the bad reviews
They sold me car and after driving it 20 miles the motor blew up . Kinda strange the car only has 16k miles . They will not return it and lied about the buy back option which as a California dealer they have to take it back. I will pursue every option I have to get my 28 k back . As a business owner if I ripped someone off of 28k I wouldnt be able to sleep at night .

Avoid at all costs, I entered an auction after a preview in which I personally went to make sure what I was buying was as pictured. When I won the auction I mean really, after it was sold, they added pictures to the sight and one of the bottles that motivated my purchase was half empty. This is a scam. Why would you add pictures after it's sold? because you switched out what I knew was not what I bid on. Never again. Out a 1000 now.

I purchased items which were described as "vintage WW2", but they were reproductions.
I tried to contact them twice, email and voicemail got no response.
They got my money though and I got a couple of trinkets.
Looking at their other reviews it seems to be the trend for this place.
They didn't "bend over backwards" for me!
Stay away from these crooks. One star is too good for this company.

I have been attending auctions for years. Once Bid Fast took over all the in person auctions disappeared, but their fees increased. They charge 15% buyers fee to purchase online, whereas it should be 10%, so you pay extra for online bidding even though they do not allow in person bidding. Now you also have to pay a 3.8% credit card fee since you cant pay online via cash or check, and then you have to pay to ship it or drive to Victorville to pick up. Also, you have to drive into Victorville to preview the items either the day before the auction or the day of the auction; so you could literally

Buyer beware! I bid on a police auction for a police vehicle after having been told by many people, including their staff, that police vehicles are well maintained. No way was this thing taken care of. After driving it a total of 45 miles, the transmission and water pump went out. We are looking at repairs of up to $5000. Never will I buy from any auction or ever buy another Ford.

As a returning customer I am very upset to have to write this review but my experience needs to be known. I purchased a used Schwinn bike from the 10/25/2020 Auction and viewed pictures of the bike online as well as the serial number they presented in writing but no pictures of it. The reason why no pics....well I will get to that!

I got a super great deal on some motorcycle riding equipment much better than I would have on eBay or on Craigslist.
I'm going to be watching this place in the future for some more great deals. only downside is that you have to drive to Hesperia to pick up the stuff but the trip was well worth the great deal that I got! Plus as a bonus they have cute staff working here!

This is an excellent business, always a pleasure to deal with. They provide auction services for both private parties and the public sector. Online auctions run smoothly, fees and rates are reasonable. Customer service has always been excellent, I've primarily dealt with Jacy and Killian, they both have an impressive depth of knowledge about the various products that they handle. Considering the huge variety of items that flow through an auction house like this, that is extremely impressive.

Purchased four very expensive chairs from them. When I arrived I found them to be sitting out in the rain...Soaking wet. Asked to speak with the manager about the decision to leave them out there. Her response "This is an as is auction." "The pictures were taken outside. Thats where we left them." "You are getting $1,000.00 chairs, what is your problem?" I asked her if she would leave a gun outside in the rain if the picture had been taken there. "Thats not the same." I responded that I was disappointed and felt that if their integrity was compromised
