Vic and his team are awesome! The set up was effortless and they are all very professional. We had a nonprofit fundraising event and had our tables and chairs donation bail on us at the last minute and Vic told me he would help with whatever we needed and he more than came through for us! We are only coming to him from now on!

Pink elephant rental is truly the best on Long Island. Lisa was so helpful and accommodating considering I called a week before my party. She was happy to make everything work for us so last minute! I really appreciate Lisa and everyone at Pink elephant. Nothing but a great and seamless experience every time they are involved. They really work with you (and even called the venue themselves to help me with coordinating the pick up/drop offs) which was a HUGE help. Thank you!!!!!!! The best!!!

I would NOT recommend this company. My husband and I had our wedding reception in my moms backyard. We did everything from top to bottom. Every single one of our vendors was amazing and went above and beyond our expectations. Unfortunately I can't say the same about Pink Elephant. We ordered a flower wall to take pictures in front of. What I saw online and paid for is not what showed up to my reception. To say I was upset would be a huge understatement. I had guests tell me that they didn't even know we had a flower wall. There was supposed to be flowers cascading from the top and down

READ ALL THEIR 1 STAR REVIEWS before calling (or attempting to) call this place! As stated in many other reviews when I tried calling I got no answer which is fine but could not even leave a voicemail as their mailbox was full, strange.
Filled out an inquiry on their website. When I finally heard back the emails went as posted:

Terrible experience. It was like pulling teeth getting them to initially reply back with pricing and availability. Was supposed to arrive the day before our daughters second birthday party for install of a 10x40 tent. Arrived with the wrong tent size. They told us they would come back the following day by 10 AM the latest. We requested they come back same day so we wouldn't have to scramble the day of the party but they couldn't accommodate. They arrived the following day by noon which was an hour before the start of the party and 2 hours later than they said. They once again arrived

Horrendous experience!!!
Me and my fiance had a His & Hers couples shower and while the venue provided chairs and tables we contracted Pink Elephant for linens for tables and chairs, hight top bar tables, a popcorn machine and a dance floor.
Leading up to the event went smooth, Cindy answered my questions in a timely manner and reassured that things would go smoothly.
Then the day of the event happened and it all went down the drain. The staff was late to bring the supplies, so we had to scramble to set up. When me and Cindy spoke she made it clear that we had to put the chair covers on

Myself and my wife had our wedding on the beach I told the girl at pink Elephant that it was on the beach.
I asked her to send me a price for setup of the chairs and dismantle of the 40chairs, she sent me a price which we paid. On the day of our wedding the guys arrived with the chairs to set up complained as they carried the chairs to the beach saying they didn't know it was on the beach. They didn't setup the chairs and I asked our guests at our wedding to dismantle there chairs and carry them back to the road for the guys to collect as I just didn't want to listen to the guys

We were lucky to find the pink elephant rental. Our florist had promised us an arch for our wedding and a week before the wedding she tells us they never had an arch. So we rushed online looking for one and we found pink elephant. They were great we set up to have the arch at the ceremony and they were easy to work with. We asked them to set up the arch and tie it down which they did. They were very punctual and picked up the arch right after the ceremony. We were so appreciative to find them and help us with that aspect of the wedding. We look forward to renting other items when we hold other

Disorganized and unaccommodating. They "lost" my site visit appointment which was set up 3 weeks in advance and wouldn't even consider just stopping by another time that I was available (because they insist on only doing that kind of appt on certain days/times) even though they were the ones that dropped the ball and never showed. I was very disappointed in this company. We researched and of course saw the good reviews here on Facebook but it was misleading. I had to call the company to see when they would be dropping the tent, tables and chairs because I never received a call from them. They said between 1-3 PM. Before I knew it 4:30 had come and gone. I called to see what happened and they claimed there was an issue at the other site and they would call me back with a time. At 5:30 I called again saying I never heard from the driver and the office claimed they would call me right back again. I called at 5:50 and 6:10 and

I booked a tent, tables, chairs , a bar and tablecloths from Pink Elephant for a graduation party. I booked in March for a June party. The service was awful. They did not arrive to put up the tent until half and hour before the guests were supposed to arrive, no phone call to say they would be late. The tablecloths were the wrong color and when they did arrive, they were not even sorry. They did give me a discount, but I would have gladly paid the money I had promised rather than having the tables being rolled into my yard as guests were arriving. I would never use this company again.

After a long search of which vendors to use for my bridal shower for chaffing dishes, luncheon plates, wine glasses, water glasses, fork & knives from ... I decided to go with Pink Elephant Party & Tent Rentals as the had a competitive price and they delivered to my area Valley Stream and also Cindy would i had been speaking with was nice (FYI no pictures on website expect for chaffing dish... actually no description of the items i needed either ... I was recommended to Victor at Pink Elephant Party by an acquaintance at a school I work with. I am very grateful. I rented a tent, tables and chairs for a Saturday engagement party. Victor and his crew came on Thursday and were thorough and professional. It was a windy day and Victor made sure that the tent was very secure. Even though I ordered only a chair for my sister's bridal shower, they over delivered by sending me the most beautifully decorated chair possible! Here i thought I would have to decorate it along with everything else that needed to be decorated and then here comes the van and the driver (who was totally on time and so professional and nice) pulls out this gorgeous chair decorated to the nine!!!!
