I needed chairs last second for a seminar and I called them up while they were closed, answered after 1 ring and was able to have the chairs available for pick up 3 minutes later! Amazing customer service and will now only rent or get anything from these guys

Absolutely the best service. Mike is a gentleman and definitely knows what he speaks. We had multiple changes to be made at the last moment of the wedding event and even on the day off! He had his crew there to take care of our needs.

We contacted Mike on a Tuesday evening and he seamlessly executed a tent on Friday. From the moment we spoke he was clear, fair and guided us as needed. His set up team was so efficient and truly turned out to be one of the best vendors of our whole wedding. Couldn’t recommend them more, a serious pleasure to work with!!

Mike Biondi owner of TGIF promised me and my wife he can rent floors of any size and even gave us a tour of his wear house and pointed out the floor we wanted. Fast forward day of delivery, 5 hours late, and had to come back 2 more times. Delivered the WRONG FLOOR and I got screamed at by mike saying it's not his problem. Not only was I yelled at by the owner, I got the wrong floor, and it wasn't even set to the size I paid nearly 10k for. No sympathy, complete disregard for his mistakes, and offered no chance of making things right. I would give negative stars if I could.

TGIF did a great job!! The owner Mike came out to make sure we had the right size tent for our son's graduation party. Their staff set everything up and were very friendly. We also had a jousting blowup which was a big hit with the kids!! Everything was clean and in great condition. We highly recommend and will use them for all future events. Thanks Mike!

Zero professionalism from the entire crew and owner since day one. After speaking to them and considering using them for all of our tented wedding rental needs I decided not to use TGIF and only use TGIF for to drape the tent at our venue because they owned the tent and I had no other choice. I went elsewhere for our main wedding rentals. I was warned by many of our other vendors not to go with TGIF due to there rude attitude and lack of professionalism when working with other vendors on site. TGIF did an AMAZING job keeping the party going for my backyard wedding. We were originally set to work with TGIF for our wedding but when the venue got canceled they worked with us to make a new contract and fulfill all our requests. Tommy did a great job up there! He was truly the key to keeping the evening flowing. I would highly recommend using TGIF for your next event. Tommy was extremely responsive and professional from start to finish!

I used TGIF Tent and Party Rentals for my daughters wedding ceremony and reception this past Saturday. I was very happy with Mike, his foremen Nacho, Paco, Francisco, and crew. I would definitely recommend them. They provided us with everything we needed. What a great company!!

Booked TGIF as a part of my package at The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID. When I called to get a refund on our deposit, I was told they were not giving refunds, only credits (that are only good for 1 year). When I explained that we did not have another reception planned, we were told that we can "try" to call them after the year and see if they can still honor the credit for another event. We rented our tent from TGIF for our backyard wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! We weren't sure if we would be able to make it work with the pool, but Mike reassured us that he and his team could make it happen! Mike was quick to respond with any questions we had and his team was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

We used TGIF entertainment for our daughters birthday party and they did an outstanding job!!!! The staff was absolutely amazing with helping us order exactly what we needed!!! Delivery was on time and pick up was as well. We highly recommend this company. And will most definitely be using them again in the future.

TGIF did a tent for my outdoor wedding and it was beautiful . We had everything from flooring to tables, chairs, linens, lighting and china. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. It was nice to have an outdoor wedding in the colder months since we were able to heat our tent. I would definitely call TGIF for my next event. I highly recommend them.

We met with Tommy & Mike and knew instantly that they were our guys. They are professional but so much fun from the second you meet them. They understand what it takes to get people up and dancing. People were on the dance floor from the second we got into the room! Everyone had a blast! They were flexible; made sure every song we liked would "work for the right time" and made the entire night SO MUCH FUN! I can't thank you enough, Tommy, Mike & TGIF!

Mike and the guys are amazing. They've donated goods to our Animal Rescue. During the winter months there are so many animals in need. We are blessed and very thankful for any assistance we receive. Thank you so much, from all of our volunteers, puppies and kitties.

TGIF came as one of the four or so packaged options for a DJ with our wedding venue, the Three Village Inn. We ended up going with them because the others either seemed too amateurish, pushy, or like they wouldn't accommodate the vibe we wanted (something a little more subdued than your typical "Long Island Wedding"). We aren't local so for the most part we dealt with our DJ (Tommy) over the phone and via email and he was great at that. During the wedding Tommy did an amazing job keeping things moving and was incredibly professional. The music he chose himself was all tasteful

Awful service. This company is a joke. First of all, walking in to a make shift store with no waiting area or seats is a little absurd. My fiancee and I were recommended this vendor through our venue and were sorely disappointed. Our appointment was at 7:30 (mind you we drove over an hour in awful rain from Glen Head). We get there and the woman did not even acknowledge our presence. She just kept running her mouth making small talk ignoring the fact that we were standing in the hall waiting for over 15 minutes before leaving.
