I have several policies with this office and they have always been very responsive, always available when needed and resourceful. I called over 4 weeks ago to inquire about commercial general liability and commercial auto insurance. Followed up with a phone call 1.5 weeks after the initial call and was told I should hear something back soon. Still haven’t heard anything back. I could have had a same day quote from progressive, but instead wasted time trying to support small business.

A lot of insurance companies know how to "sell" insurance, but once they have your business you don't get the level of service your policies deserve. This company has the knowledge to take care of their customers and accounts very well. They are hard-working and honest and they look out for all of their clients. Very impressed.
