Amber is great! I would recommend her to anyone. I had an issue where my son was in an accident and I couldn’t get any status updates from the claims department (my claims rep would never return my calls). I spoke with Amber and told her what was going on. She reached out to the claims department and called me back and addressed all my concerns and them some in reference to the accident. She also told me if I had anymore questions about my claim to just call her instead of the claims department. If anyone is shopping around for insurance, call Amber. She is the best!!!!!

The staff of this office are very professional and consistently demonstrates excellent customer service skills, rather conducting business via face-to-face interaction or via telephone calls. I have had the absolute BEST experience with Amber and her team. We relocated from IL and needed to find someone quickly. I did some research and found Amber. From the very first phone call I knew it was the right agency. She was super kind, responsive and most importantly took great care of my family and I. Once we got the home taken care of, she worked to get all other policies switched over including our business policy.
