They didn’t have all the items ready on the pick up date that was scheduled, when I came back the following week for picking up the remaining items they charged me for stuff that was already paid and picked up on the schedule date, they were rude and had me waiting for 40 minutes then they call me just to tell me they did nothing wrong that I was the one who didn’t understand how their system works, worst service ever overpriced and very rude and unprofessional stuff, don’t take anything to this place you’ll regretted

I moved to Reno 6 years ago, and immediately found King Dry Cleaners for all of my family’s dry cleaning. They were so friendly and helpful from day 1. Eventually, I needed alterations and their service in this area has also been great. I love that they know my family by face & name, send texts when my order is ready, and it’s in & out with contactless check out. All of the dry cleaning has been wonderful, no issues. I love the work they do and their friendly service!

This morning at 8:08 I called Kings dry cleaners to see if they can steam clean my grandson's graduation honor gown the owner said just bring it right down I was down there by 9 and he was done by 9:15 that is great service wonderful people family-owned-and-operated I could tell you from my experience that is going to be the only dry cleaner I will go to from now on Aloha and thank you
