Getting professional, friendly dry cleaning service has never been so easy. At JJ's Cleaners, we're dedicated to providing an enjoyable, hassle-free dry-cleaning service.
What are the Bag and Hook for? All of our delivery customers receive a free 2-in-1 denier bag and a door hook. The bag serves as a cover for your garments and also as a hamper for your dirty clothes. Fill up your bag with dirty clothing and household items. Place it on your front porch (or other designated area) for easy pick up.

I walked into JJ's dry cleaners for the first time this morning. The counter attendant was wearing a mask that was barely up to the tip of her nose. I asked her if she could please pull it up a bit over her nose. She responded that Coronavirus was a hoax. I pointed out that 200 thousand Americans are dead. Her response was that more people had died of some other disease. Eventually she asked my name. I said Chan. She said "Are you from San Francisco?"
I responded "No"". Are you from the Deep South?" She said no. Her confrontational, racist question and attitude

I brought in a pair of pants to mend a seam and then dry clean. They aren't anything special (like they go with a suit or something like that) and I didn't really think much about. Until the price of $20.50 was quoted for the repair and cleaning. Again, didn't think much about it.
As I then drove to Costco, it dawned on me that I could probably buy a comparable brand new pair of pants at Costco for the same amount...which I confirmed while I was there.
Now they did a good job of mending and cleaning, and they were ready when promised. And I can't complain about the price because

Before you decide to stop by ... there are a few things you should know:
1. THEY KEEP YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
If you have used either one in the past, they will keep it in their records and charge it without your consent for the service. How do I know that !? It happened to me ... I picked up a garment which I paid for with cash and went home to check my bank statement and saw the charge. Note: I was not asked or advised about this practice until I went back to the store to get the refund. The employee said that all payments have to be made at time of pick

Up date from my previous review:
The owner was very prompt in getting in touch with me and also a follow up.
He told me that they have a 100% guarantee and he wants me to be happy with the service.
He offered me a $60 credit, but only for dry cleaning.
Sometimes I need items altered and I was told as they send them out to be done, I could not use my credit towards that.
I think he said my credit would not be good towards their fluff and fold service either (I forget).
Either way, the 3 stars are for the owners prompt response to my issue and for the credit. They are also for not being able to

Let me start by saying that I rarely comment on Yelp. But I must say that I'm truly disappointed with the new owners of JJ's Cleaners. I've even expressed my issues to them and they let me know they don't care. The service in general, is good. The clothes are cleaned well, the staff is good. But since the new owners took over, the changes they've made support their needs, not the customer. What I miss: a) Next day service - I was told that under no circumstances could I get my clothes the next day. When I went back after two days, they had half my order. The next

NEVER use this dry cleaner! I dropped off a comforter two weeks ago and pre-paid with cash. I was given a "receipt" at the time. When I returned with receipt today, I was told that my "receipt" was my bill and that there was no proof that I had paid. Apparently my ticket should have been stamped to say that it was prepaid. The person who took my comforter no longer works there. I think she has some extra cash in her pocket. Furthermore, as the lady at the front counter was trying to help me, she contacted the store manager and proceeded to discuss the matter in Spanish

I do my dry cleaning at JJ's weekly and am very happy with the results every time. Prices are a bit higher than i'd like, but the service is always exceptional. I had a mess up with two of my skirts that needed to be altered and they fixed it no questions asked with the apologies as one would expect.They even called me when my coat was done so i could pick it up a day earlier. I'm very happy with their services so far.
