Dr. Yang Xia is a board-certified dermatologist, and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon.

I called this place to schedule an appointment for my wife. The receptionist ask why I wanted the appointment. I told her my wife had a skin tag on her eyelid that she wanted to have removed. When we got to the appointment, the doctor told her that they did not have the equipment to do that there, then charged her $77.78 for absolutly no reason

I would love to find a dermatologist and their office who genuinely care about their patients and who are willing to go above and beyond to help them, even if it means going the extra mile. Dr. Ace, as we call him, has been great, but dealing with the staff every month for a RX refill is a whip! Any recommendations? SkinMD has not been that fit for us. (Still without my son's RX and now through the holidays, but we aren't supposed to skip. We skip every month due to their office delays. Just exhausting.) help a tired momma!

As of 6/26/21 we may assume that the phone system for leaving messages must be broken. No return calls for three days running (6/23-24-25). Is this office and/or Hurst office still open for business? Have significant health issue to discuss. No one interested enough to return 3-4 messages re: prescription renewal or not.....very dissatisfied client of 7+ years.....KDM/TMM.
