Use a reputable vendor that prides itself in customer service and quality workmanship. If they mess up your order, they will find an excuse to put the blame on you, that it was your fault and they will not take responsibility for their actions. They are completely unprofessional and said they make the rules not the customer; as everything they did was my fault. High dollar items is not their expertise and they will not replace items that was their mistake. They are the experts in this field of business but somehow it is my fault. If the owner had not been so quick to accuse me for their mistake

My club and I have been ordering custom embroidery work for several years. Polos, hats, works shirts, and most recently badge/rockers for leather cuts. Sam has consistently produced quality work at a fair price. When we had a concern (it only occurred once) he cheerfully made it right on the spot and exceeded my expectations. Only been here twice and both terrible experiences. Owner does not take responsibility and doesn't care to make it right with the customer. Told him if this is how you treat customers after your mistakes then I would take my business elsewhere and he responded with "go ahead I have plenty of business"

Too busy to help me and my son get a couple of shirts. Oh well. Might check online. Their prices seem high too. But again they might have been throwing numbers out to get rid of us. Because a I guy walking in after us and sat right down and started doing business like we weren't even their and SAMMI said nothing and offered no acknowledgement.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY WORST ENEMY. I spent over $600 and all I got were lies, excuses, delays, and terrible workmanship. Do not believe a word this man says. 24 turn-around is an unattainable goal for him, not a guarantee. And the worst part is his aggressive, hostile attitude when he knows he over-promised and wayyyy under-delivered: not an ounce of remorse in the world -- just more lies and excuses. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in ANY industry in 50 years in San Antonio.

Retail 101 is to acknowledge your customer with "hi welcome" or "we will be with you soon" even if you are with a customer. I walked into this place 3 employees looked at me and not say one single world. That places is so unorganized and cluttered there was no clear direction on how to ask for help Or how to view product.

This company is an absolute joke!!! My god.... literally every other order I try to get from these people are messed up. Quality is trash. Never answer there phones to confirm order is ready or not. When I come in there to pick up order they look at me like a confused dog.

Went to Sammi's Embroidery to get 5 polos with our Church organization logo. The work looks great and everyone the outcome. My only reservation was that they took longer than expected to turn around the final product. I think one of the reasons is because they are either short-staffed or just packed with orders from other happy customers. Just a tip so that you order well ahead of time. If you are looking for 1-2 day turnaround you may need to look elsewhere.

I was told on the phone that they could do a day turn around on embroidery. I was charged a lot for a product that I hand made and brought in because they did not have the sashes in stock. A font was agreed upon, the direction of the words was agreed upon, and I left my wears in what I thought to be capable hands. When I came to pick the work up, the font was wrong, the direction was wrong, the words were spelled wrong, and the size of the font was wrong. My handmade sashes were ruined. I must say that I was a bit skeptical going here since some of the bad reviews but my experience with sm myself embroidery was a positive one for sure. I went by there a few weeks ago since this place came recommended by someone who has done business with them. I was in a bind to get the order in before the year end and they were very accomosating. Sammi took the time to look at the logos, digitize them and also pick the color combination that works best with the shirts we had ordered. The finished product came out great and the p4ice point was just right

I placed what should have been a simple, small order. The highlights of the fiasco are:
- Friday: Placed an order for 12 shirts on the Friday before the due date, as instructed by the shop. Shirts would be ordered on Monday. Design proof would be emailed to me on Tuesday or Wednesday. Printing would take place the next day. Order to be picked-up on Friday.
- Monday: No news is good news, right?
- Tuesday: Three of 12 shirts arrive and the rest are coming from Reno and should arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. I learned this when I stopped by the shop to
