Kelly and Karen at All Star Caps have made getting my corporate swag super easy. Kelly spent a ton of time with me making sure my logos looked perfect. I've had caps and jackets made with them over the last couple years. So nice to have a local team you can count on!

I have used them for years for shirts and sweatshirt embroidery for my pet sitting business and have been very pleased. The only thing I'd say is with all the apparel they sell, they seem to need a bigger space ! Reliable and reasonably priced !!

This is one of the worst business establishments I've seen in my entire life!! I'm sure I'm not the first one to have a bad experience with them and I can't believe that they are even still in business with the way they run things. The receptionist and owners wife always answer with an attitude. Receptionist would not provide me with a tracking so her resolution was to hang up the phone. Owners wife yells on the phone as if I'm her little son. They do not keep their word about shipping. My item was supposed to ship out on a certain day and they said they would not be able to provide a tracking

Extremely unhappy with our experience with this company. First of all, when our school brought in several orders to the company they had no sense of organization, and were really not helpful with design ideas. Obviously we were providing them with a good deal of business and were still not getting the service that was deserved.

In order for your product to be processed you have to e-mail or call them several times or else you might as well forget about ever hearing from them again. Don't think that if you go see them in person it is any better because all you will find is a filthy store
