Rental office staff are awesome and delightful, the assistant property manger rositia is a great person in helping you or asking all your questions she is patient funny and a very genuine person..she has helped me in many ways that other managers wouldn't do..its nice place and nice people living there.

I would like to thank the Museum Apartments staff for their diligence and hospitality. My father is 85 years old and has been treated with respect. The security of the place, the amplitude of the apartment, the immediate need to any request has been of excellence. I recommend this place with 5 stars to live safely, quiet and happy.

I was looking for a place outside of Springfield but I love it here so much I think I'll be here for a long time. Whenever I need maintenance to come they are there right away and it always gets done. The people that live here are very friendly. The staff are wonderful.

I have been living at Museum Park for over 10 years now and there is no other place I would want to live. Everyone on staff are very kind and helpful. I have great neighbors. Thank you for all you have been doing to upkeep the property looking a lot better than it did 10 years ago.

Worst place I have ever lived at. My car was broken into 6 times and was stolen once. My apt was broken into and robbed. I was assaulted in the hallway outside my apt. Drug dealing neighbors. Lots of section 8 tenants at the time I lived there. This part of Springfield is dangerous. Do not recommend. Now that this is a 55+ building it may be better. When I lived there it was full of drug dealers and section 8.
