I wish I could give them a zero. Terrible place to live. Leasing office never picks up, electricity always goes out in my apartment and no one ever responds. Super expensive for no reason. Water is always cold. I could go on and on about why you shouldn’t live here.

So this hole been here for 8 months already and never been fix Why do we pay soooo much rent for? When the dog park isn’t even a dog park? This should look like this the leasing office don’t even care what so ever this is a so call luxury apartment yet the trash system you guys have is terrible. Non luxury apartment has a Trash chute system maybe it’s time to upgrade our trash system because one trash bin for each floor? Smh you get that when you own a house you get one thrash bin! Lovely property, but. I visited a friend here and was pretty surprised that the AC hadn't been turned on in the building yet, given that it has been over 95 degrees for the last few days. Apparently the building has a policy not to turn it on until the 15th. I would probably consider if you want to sweat through any early or late hot days because of a building policy when in any slum you could have put in a $100 box unit by now.

Been here going on 3 years and I couldn’t ask for a better place. The staff at the office are super kind, helpful and understanding. I truly recommend this place. You have laundry rooms in the building, community rooms with amenities, a nice gym and trash rooms in every floor for our convenience. No place is perfect of course but they’re always up for improvements. Big Kudos to Danny as well. The most respectful and hard working maintenance 💪🏼

Do not live here! I've been here almost a year and they have yet to fix the drafty windows. I can only open them halfway because of the track. They ordered a new one and it was denied by the higher ups. Swapped out my new stove for a used one and the grimy parts they were supposed to replace were denied by the higher ups. So they expect me to cook in someone else's dirt. Over the holidays the shelving that was never reinforced in the hall closet came crashing down, ruined some things, was never offered a reimbursement and it took almost 2 weeks to fix. Meanwhile my closet contents all over the

Don't waste your money. Manager doesn't respond to anything or even have any idea what's going on. maintenance still hasn't fixed the hole in my bathroom ceiling for 2 WEEKS. HE has made 3 appointments and has been a NO SHOW to all of them. Trash establishment. No security. The doors to get in the building have been broken for MONTHS. The first week I was locked out and the Manager DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND TO ME.

When I was initially looking for apartments in the area, I fell in love with Silverbrick Lofts. Zoe did my apartment tour and I was instantly sold. I have no complaints about the space itself but the disregard for stolen packages is baffling.
I’ve had packages stolen and ripped up. I was informed that maintenance had found “just half of the envelope it came in.” I immediately called the leasing office and brought up the new cameras that they installed. I was informed that the cameras aren’t effective as they aren’t able to show who’s packages are being taken. So, what is the point

Great experience with the leasing office at Silverbrick. Since new management has taken over things have shifted dramatically. They have provided timely responses to all of my questions and concerns. The apartment’s been great!

So hey antasia. Want to explain to me how Silverbrick lofts has ALL the EXACT same 5 star reviews from the exact same people in the last few hours? I mean can we keep it to one building please? :) Here's a free 5 stars. No problems with the lofts. IN fact it was the first place we chose to live! except the leasing people there two years ago had showed us an apartment that was already rented out (I know right shocking?) so we ended up at square.

I've been at Silverbrick Lofts for sometime now. I will say that the previous office staff was not efficient, they seemed like they were bothered to help tenants, maintenance requests never completed etc. However, recently with the new ladies in the office I've seen a drastic change. It's actually nice to come to the office and be treated with respect in a friendly manner. All my recent maintenance repairs have been completed the day I request them. The management has definitely improved overall and I greatly appreciate the effort the new office staff is giving.
