1400 S. Bayfront was an exceptional rental. Great, shady patio, great 2nd floor views. Well-furnished. Two negatives: 1. Would be nice to have grab bars in shower of 2nd floor back bathroom. 2: We saw 2 cockroaches in the house. Rental agency was responsive: supplied traps and spray right away. (I understand that the moisture there makes suppression tough.)

After driving 6 hours from NorCal, we arrived with no running water in the kitchen. The unit below reported a plumbing leak and had to shut down the water while they figured it out. I understand that things happen, but when we called the NBVP office, the receptionist was unhelpful and lacked any empathy for the situation. She was more concerned that we let a plumber into the unit, and it was 5 pm and she had already logged off her computer.
No one had come to check on the unit, but we received a call later from someone who said he was the property manager. We told him that the neighbor’s plumber

The unit was bright, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable. Location is excellent. There was am issue with the air conditioning and Peter at Newport Beach Vacation Properties promptly responded to our email and he was very professional and pleasant in managing the issue. I highly recommend this company and would rent another unit through them anytime

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are an absolute scam. My family and I had to cancel a trip due to COVID-19 (a global pandemic!!) because our government had imposed a travel ban out of the country and this company was the only one who didn’t refund our money. Air lines and all other company’s gladly refunded or gave a credit because basically every company in the world stepped up to help customers EXCEPT THIS ONE. Absolutely embarrassing with no care for its customers. We will never use this company again and be sure to tell as many people about our experience as possible. DISGUSTING

Newport Beach Vacation Properties is the best rental company to work with in Newport. They are friendly and very informative. They will make sure that your stay is smooth and easy. They have a great communication system that allows you to download a phone app so you have all your property info. I definitely will come back and recommend NBVP!! Thank you!!

Absolute worst experience I've ever had dealing with a vacation property. I requested a last minute reservation as our original had fell through and was greeted with the most rude, patronizing representative I've ever dealt with. She literally treated me as though she didn't want us staying there and after messaging her several times with no response, she promptly declined the inquiry, never to be heard from again.
