TM Construction and Remodeling, trained, certified and credentialed with the US EPA as Lead Containment Contractors. As a result of TM Construction & Remodeling's expertise in both SMALL and LARGE jobs, we don't use subcontractors. Our highly skilled team of professionals will complete your project, from start to finish, in it's entirety to your complete satisfaction.
One unique aspect of TM Construction and Remodeling is that we do not use subcontractors. We work with you, the home owner, to understand and plan your needs and desires. TM Construction & Remodeling's well-trained team is the ONLY contractors you will need to complete your new structure from the ground up!

Did a great job on both our bathrooms. Attention to details as well as knowledgeable about code specifications and materials. We had specific ideas about what we wanted and they were able bring our dream bathrooms to fruition. Wouldn't hesitate to call them for our next remodeling project.

TM Construction and Remodeling is amazing. From the first contact to the finished product, which exceeded my expectations, TM was a pleasure to work with. Their advice was invaluable. Their work is of the highest quality, with great attention to detail. The remodel of my older townhome, which included a new kitchen, new powder room, hardwood floors throughout, new doors throughout, light fixtures, front entry door, and details too numerous to list, is beautiful! I still have one bathroom left to remodel. I look forward to TM Construction and Remodeling returning to do the work,.

T M replaced and installed a new entry and a storm door yesterday. They did a great job. The installers were efficient, professional and remarkably easy to work with. This was the 2nd time we used their services. They were also very reasonable. We are very happy with his work. We would highly recommend their services

We have had this company do two projects, the second a thorough remodeling of the kitchen, including some electrical and plumbing. Both projects were completed efficiently and expertly. Their work was impeccable and they were pleasant to work with.
Throughout the project, they offered support and advice to make it as stress-free as possible. This included support for the kitchen design, managing delivery of appliances and cabinets, and providing advice for selection of materials. We will not hesitate to call them again for our next project.
