I've been involved in 15+ projects across the Colorado front range, the two that Foxfield were selected as the general contractor for were the two worst projects we completed. They don't effectively manage a project and thus leave you wondering what value you are getting for the overhead that they add to a project. In our two projects the onsite project manager in one case was (by Foxfield's explanation) an individual who struggled with substance abuse. In the other project the onsite project manager became aggressive with one of the neighboring tenants and the landlord filed a restraining order

Foxfield did a complete build-out/renovation to one of our offices. They were extremely flexible and the work they did was amazing. it was done on time and on budget. I'd recommend them for this time of expansion/renovation work.
