Much to my surprise in this customer-hostile age, the sales team at Webo made a very rare exception to established company policy in order to fulfill a promise concerning some solar safety equipment. It took us multiple days to get the product ordered. They couldn't take the order over the phone and when we tried to pay with Paypal. It required a verification, which took 1-2 days for Webo Solar to get thru their process. We ordered on Monday and wasn't shipped until Thursday. However they did ship it Fedex and we received it on Saturday
Whenever we called it always went to voicemail and the return calls were not prompt.
It was a very frustrating experience as we were on a time crunch. However, the product made it just in time.

I'm a first time solar user and I needed some parts for a tiny home I'm building. I spoke with Carrie and then later with Pedro, the owner, and both were very knowledgeable. I am now in the process of purchasing and installing my very own solar system! So exciting and so much work. But the guys from Webo Solar have been so helpful and knowledgeable. I have called them for little detail questions to purchasing the panels and system and have had my questions answered every time (They answer the phone!) Great customer service, which is hard to find. And, somehow cheaper prices than the rest. I am very pleased.
