You get what you pay for! Don’t waste your time or money hiring John McDoofus. I went to court for 3 years on a first offense DUI. Nearly every time I was in court he would t show up, I would have to call his office and have his receptionist call him to remind him I was in court waiting- nearly everytime I went to court I was THE LAST PERSON TO LEAVE the courtroom, after a 3 hour recess(show up at 8am and leave at 4pm). I missed one court date got thrown in jail for a week. He had ZERO defense for my DUI what so ever during my “discovery”. I could have represented my self better. If offered

Poor poor poor performance! Mr. McDougal was not only untruthful with me, but had the audacity to tell me that our new attorney (who took his place) was unethical. The new attorney got us immediate results.

This man is lazy and on the same side as the boys in blue, no matter the situation . You are better off asking the officer that arrested you to represent you in court . I tried to get him to represent me here recently. I asked the man if there was anything he could do to keep me out of the just busted, because I was told at the police station that if I got a lawyer he could take care of that for me. I was mistaken when I hired mcdipshitdougal. Hes not a criminal defense attorney, he might as well be a prosecutor.
