Talley and Associates Auction Services located in Smithville; Missouri, auctions all types of real estate, commercial and residential, but focuses primarily on agricultural land. Talley's business philosophy is simply stated, "provide expertise and treat people fairly." This is how we built Show-Me Real Estate, and it is precisely how we are building our auction service.
Having spent my life in Clinton County, Missouri; I have a great knowledge of the area. My career interests have been both production agriculture and real estate sales; owning both a farming operation and real estate business with my father, Don Talley. As my wife puts it, I was never able to grow up enough to choose one career, so I kept both.
I grew up in Iowa and for many years trained and showed horses. My auction career started right out of high school working for an auctioneer from Oskaloosa, IA. With over 50+ years of auction experience, I have had the privilege to conduct all kinds of auctions from farm, horse, estate, real estate and auto.
