I'm a life long Florida resident and began my career with State Farm as a Fire Claim representative in 1985. While a claim representative I was also a member of the catastrophe team responsible for responding after hurricanes and other natural disasters. This position offered me the opportunity to learn the insurance contracts as well as the importance of being protected with the right coverage's.
I became a State Farm agent in 1995 and have utilized the knowledge and real life experiences from my time as a claim representative to better advise my policyholders. I'm not just an insurance agent, I'm proud to be a State Farm agent. Motorcycles are fun but a motorcycle insurance policy can help you stay safe and protected.

Excellent customer service! Saved me over 60/mon! I was going to give only 4 stars because my little packet was missing my insurance cards. That's kind of a big thing! But when I called them and told Linda, my agent, she offered to drop them by my home on her lunch hr! Now that is going the extra mile! Looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship!

Our agent is Maggie Wazio. I was really satisfied and happy with her job. This was my first time that I worked with State Farm. I called her and she set up an appointment in no time. Maggie was really nice, kind, and professional. I got all the information that I needed. Then she worked hard for us to get our home owner and flood insurance. I really appreciate her job. This was my best experience with any agent. I really recommend Maggie for everyone because she has the perfect skills and experience to help everyone.

Speaking on Behalf of Grace Adaptive Driving, Tampa Bay area. I moved our corporate fleet of vehicles to Chuck Hollowell - State Farm several years back. Due to the nature of our business and government contracts, I make many requests to his Amazing , Supportive, Positive and Speedy Team. It is unusual the team doesn't have an immediate answer to my questions. If they don't, they find the answer and call me back quickly with a solution. Breanna has been on her game with my latest round of requests.... I recommend Chuck and his team. I'd give 10 stars if Google would allow. I have never been disappointed

I Used Direct General for over ten years, that is until My Father talked me into getting a Quote from Chuck Hollowell and his staff.
My father passed away in 2013.
My entire household is still using Mr. Hollowell and his wonderful Staff because they actually care about us as people. I was in an accident in May of 2019 and they have walked me through every step and process necessary to get back up and running after the accident. I would recommend Paul, Brie or any of this office Staff. Specifically if you want to feel Safe and Respected. You Don't know how good you have it until you get State
