They are excellent at seeming nice and friendly, but terrible at keeping promises. They constructed two houses next to my property and were friendly and accommodating until the moment they no longer needed anything from me (access to my land) and then stopped communicating entirely without finishing the promised work (or even cleaning up).The homeowners in the houses report the same experience (and that their windows leaked from day one) Avoid at all costs.

Excellent work and follow through. They have an entire service team dedicated to fixing an issues that occur within their 1 year warranty. They even set up a time to come back for a final walk through prior to the warranty expiring. I have heard too many horror stories about other contractors keeping their word and not following through. Not this company!
I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Philadelphia area that is looking to purchase a new home.

G&M Efestos built our new construction home at Wharton Place. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We looked at a lot of new construction in Philadelphia, and honestly none of the other builders had the same quality.
We asked if we could customize the kitchen and the bathrooms, and the builder gave us a budget for each thing we asked to change. The owner Greg met me at the tile store and was just the nicest guy.
The project manager John was on time, and very pleasant to work with. We are very thankful that we were fortunate enough to get a home built by G&M.
