Joe and his team did a fantastic job with work we had done on our house. Being first time home buyers, we weren’t exactly sure what to do or look for and Joe was able to help us with everything we needed, and educated and informed us of the process the whole time. In addition to this, Joe and his team came out in very short notice after our roof took some damage due to hurricane Ida. I highly recommend his services. You will not be disappointed

We had Just Bought a house ! This was our first house purchase so u can imagine our surprise when we found out we needed a new roof and skylight , we had mold and the ceiling in our baby’s nursery collapsed! Things got crazy , we hired the wrong guy to fix the roof and he wound up making things worst ! We came across Zbc on google and saw they had good reviews!! We took another chance and it totally paid off!! Not only did we get everything fixed the right way ! But we also got our mold remediated too! Joe not only cared for our problems with the house but he gave us advice as far as insurance

I contacted ZBC Contracting for some exterior and roof work, as I wanted someone local. Joe Zajko, the owner, was very responsive and promptly checked out the house. He took the time to describe everything that needed to be done, and even provided pictures of the areas needing work. His price was fair and he got the job done promptly, beyond my expectations, and he lets you know how everything went. The letter "Z" may be the last letter of the alphabet, but ZBC Contracting should be at the top of everyone's list!

Joe of ZBC General Contracting and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They have helped me clean the mess the old tenants left. They found new tenants fast who I am happy with and have helped me make several improvements to my Rental Property in East Falls. It is now repainted with new floors.
