December 9th After weeks of getting no answers i got a call telling me to bring my 4 wheeler in on November 24(three weeks after this call) and he can fix it for me. so NOW I'm not sure what is going on but left my 4 wheeler with you a couple of weeks ago, no call. I get no answer on multiple extensions when i call during business hours, and my messages do not get returned. I use that vehicle to do work it isn't a recreational item for me.
December 16th I have finally just today gotten through to the mechanic who told me two more weeks before he can look at it. Will updated when i know more.

Bought my quad from them 2 years ago. It wouldn’t start for some reason so I went in for a battery and they couldn’t get me one until the next day so I bought one elsewhere. Called them and left a message 5 days ago asking if I could drop it off for them to take a look at…. No response or call back. If you want a store for overpriced gloves and gadgets then they’re your store. Otherwise find some place a little more professional after the sale.

Griffins has impeccable customer service and very friendly staff. They were able to help me and understand the problem I was having with out snarky responses. Truly understood and wanted to help me I am forever thankful. It cost 0.00 to be kind and these guys are extremely professional.
I called everyplace in the Saratoga area to help me with my Polaris atv nobody would fit me in or even hear what I was having trouble with and was extremely rude.
Thank you a million times griffins! I highly highly recommend and will NEVER go any where else.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. Just stopped in out of desperation for a helmet because of a bad first experience. While looking at the helmets I couldn’t help but hear audio from a movie someone was watching behind the counter, audio that wasn’t suitable for a work atmosphere. Then in trying to get a different size I was belittled because I didn’t see the boxes on the floor. After asking for a small or medium the sales guy that finally came out of his office tried pushing a large and xl on me. This is after I already told him I had a helmet of the same brand sitting on my bike. All in all
