I had a wonderful experience with the guys at Imperial. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, they were quick to act and worked with me from first walk thru to bring in from the manufacturer and follow… through after our maiden trip. They quickly made the adjustments from the manufacturer I wanted/needed- in and out in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this family business!

I contacted them about fixing the awning on my Used Gulfstream Vintage Cruiser. When they found out I did not buy it from them they were very unfriendly, unprofessional and bluntly said they would not help me. I had bought the trailer used from another camper/consumer. I guess my money was not good enough. He chased me out of the store yelling “I do service the trailers I sell!” If I ever have the money to buy a “new” camper I won’t go there. Very upsetting.
