William Stevenson established the company's roots in Topeka for 50 years. In 1945, after returning from his tour of duty in France, Bob Kirk worked for his uncle William. After William's death, Bob and two brothers purchased the company from their widowed aunt in 1947, marking the introduction of the Kirk name to the business.

Helen Crow is a true professional. With over 40 years in her industry, Helen is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and Topeka in general. We have moved 3 times and Helen has been there each and every time to make these transitions as easy & worry-free as you could ever imagine. It comes as no surprise to learn she has received countless awards in her industry.

I had a bad experience with Keller Williams and after 2 months with them and zero offers, I listed with Terry and his team. My house sold in a week with Kirk and Cobb. I had to put on a new roof, that he facilitated through the roofing and insurance companies himself so there was little for me to do. They stayed in constant communication with me and were very knowledgeable. Thank you!
