We had our garage door openers replaced, this is the 3rd time we've used Overhead for work at our house and my mom's. They have been very responsive and thorough; the work is always clean; they are extremely professional and take problem solving very seriously, which we greatly appreciate. Eric and Justin did a great job. We highly recommend Overhead whether replacing the entire door and opener or just getting needed work on existing doors done!

Called Overhead Door company to get a new door opener. Discussed several different types that were recommended by Carl. Carl sent me over videos to check out along with pros and cons of the different choices. Carl was very professional and did not pressure me into any unwanted items other than the door opener. Scheduled with Ali and followed up… with Justin. Installer Rolly arrived promptly when told he would arrive and did a first class installation. Carl followed up with a phone call and in person visit to make sure all was good with the install and made several recommendations to make

Great company to work with. I don't have a google account so I am using my daughters for the review. My service was on 12/1/2021 at 8:00am. My technician was David J. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me he knew what the problem was and would take care of the problem and knock on the door when done. To my surprise that is exactly what happened instead of drama which is so often the case with service providers today. On the phone I spoke with Alfredo, who went out of his way to get me the install time that I needed, the technician who was experienced with the side mount installation.
Keven came to my house and installed a side mount garage door opener. He did an excellent job. He was fast and know what he was doing.

Carl was the sales rep who was great in explaining our options. Very patient in creating visuals which made it so much easier to make a decision.
Kevin and Eric were very friendly and competent. They stayed with the job until completed to their high standards. They even went beyond the necessary by installing light bulbs for me. A simple task but still much appreciated. And, they also checked that the remotes were working. Thanks you, Kevin and Eric, for an excellent job with the huge door. It glides so smoothly and quietly.

First I want to say my installer Ricky did a great job and truly professional. I am giving a poor review because it took for ever to get any response from these people. Once they sent someone out it took 3 weeks to get an acknowledgement that they could not replace the broken panel but had to replace the door. Then it took a month before Ricky came and installed it. RICKY GREAT his company acts like they don't need your business.

David came this morning to address an issue I had with my garage door. He came in, introduced himself and began to assess the door while asking me additional questions. Once he determined it was user-error (LOL!), he simply walked me through the problem, educated me and asked if there were additional questions. I recognize great customer service when I see it and David is the epitome of "Great Customer Service". He is professional, knowledgeable in his craft and personable. He is an asset to your organization!

Recently purchased a home and needed to repair the existing garage door setup. I had no idea where to start, and Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey helped me get everything right!
My technician, David James, was informative, friendly and punctual. He diagnosed my issue, and outlined what needed to be fixed immediately vs. what could wait for later. I felt very comfortable with his advice, and my system was up and running very quickly.
Highly recommended, and will be sure to call them in the future for any issues that may arise!

Contacted Overhead Door and spoke with John in residential sales. Explained my door opener problem and he suggested a particular unit that would be of good value. Two days later the unit was installed by David James who was extremely professional and diligent in his work. Door opener works great and could not be happier. If ALL businesses operated like this, think of what a wonderful world this would be ! : )

Overhead replaced the torsion spring on my 7x16 garage door about 3 years ago. One of the springs has already failed and Overhead refuses to stand behind their work. Wouldn't even offer a discount on a new set of springs! Awful customer service!

Thank you John R. for setting up my appointment and looking at the photos of the broken part to make sure it was on the truck for my repair. Marc G. did a great job installing and even oiled up my system for me. I have had very positive experiences with this company since they installed both garage door systems in 2012. This repair was due to someone not pulling their car in all the way and the part got snapped off on the license plate. Luckily, part and install was just $100. Worth it! I would recommend this company

Always top notch service. Marco was prompt, took the time to diagnose the problem with the garage door and fully explained what he repaired. I've used ODC's services for a number of years, for a few homes and will continue to rely on them; especially with the professionalism I've always experienced.
