I have a brand new 2022 Acura MDX that I've been taking extra good care of until...the other night when my husband and kids talked me into picking up Jamba Juice. It was something I didn't want to do, but did anyway and ended up regretting it. 1/2 of a large chocolate peanut butter smoothie spilled ALL OVER THE CONSOLE! All of the most important buttons/components- the Drive, park, reverse buttons, the mouse pads, the USB chargers...everything was dripping with smoothie. I initially used Recon about 5 years ago and was just thrilled over the detail job they did on my mazda, which sold by the way a day later.

A+ experience with Recon. The staff were super friendly and clear about what was about to happen. They came to my apartment on time, and only needed one extra parking space next to the car to do their work. I was able to go back inside to work while they detailed my car so my day wasn't interrupted. They called me and I came out to my car looking cleaner than the day I bought it. The huge water stains in my driver seat were completely gone, upholstery felt fresh and every crevice was dirt-free. I was really happy with the results of my car detailing. I got a full interior and exterior detail. I was the most impressed with the headlight restoration and their ability to get swirls out of the exterior paint. They were also able to get rid of the animal smell on the interior. They performed a headliner cleaning and while most spots were removed, they did not remove 100% of spots but I know the headliner is pretty fragile. Additionally, there was a lighter plastic colored piece on the interior near the windshield that I was able to remove additional residue from so not sure how they missed

The Recon team (Brett and his team) did an outstanding job detailing (washing and waxing) our RV. They arrived ahead of schedule, were very professional, explained the work that was to be done, and reviewed everything they had done along with answering my questions. They treated our RV as if it was their own and we certainly appreciate that level of respect and care. I am certainly going to use Recon Auto Detailing again.

They arrived right on time for our appointment, went over vehicle needs with me and explained the best options for me. We agreed on work to be done and he started. Vehicle came out better then I had expected. My truck is black and has spent 4 years in the desert sun and he made it shine brighter then the day it was bought. Recon came to my home to do a complete detail on my husband's F150. The weather did not cooperate, and since I waited 2 weeks to have the detail done, I decided to go with an interior detail and schedule the outside later. The before and after are truly night and day however for $170, I expected a stellar job. There were many missed spots on and under the seats and center console. Cheryl at Recon had me send photos and scheduled for the team to come back to touch up the inside and complete the outside detail. Recon Detailing is the BEST in Tucson when it comes to auto detailing. They sent out Ricky to do an express detail on our 2017 Chevy Silverado Double Cab. A fire extinguisher went off for a split second which left a lot of white powder in the truck not to mention it was in need of a good cleaning. Ricky did an exceptional job, attention to detail and a great attitude in over 100 degree weather exceeded my expectations.
