If you are looking for a reputable & honest company to handle your car detailing needs, Cool Auto is defiantly the place to go! I have had my car for about 3 years and I was just going through the drive though washes and vacuuming it out myself. In other words, my car really needed a deep clean to say the least. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with the very sweet owner and she assured me that my car would come out looking brand spanking new! I was a little hesitant at first to spend so much money on a car detail but she insisted that my car would look better than when I purchased it.

I brought in a 13 year old vehicle because I wanted it detailed before I sold it. I am honestly shocked and how well it turned out. The interior is tan leather, and tan carpet. They made it look practically brand new.
Absolutely phenomenal job! My headlights were old and yellowed and dingy, and now they're amazingly clear. I am super impressed with the work they did!

Cassandra and her team always do a fantastic job. Just had full detailing of my 2017 Lincoln MKX -- body, leather interior, engine compartment, the works. Four-year-old car looks brand-new. This company is the best in the greater Tucson area. Professional, friendly, competent, integrity. I go nowhere else for my vehicles.

Cool Auto does an amazing job! However, they are extremely high priced. I was only seeking car wash and they wanted to charge me close to $100. I realize they do great work and have plenty of dealership business, but that should not prevent them from being fair priced to your ordinary consumer. There are few places in Tucson who do hand wash, so even more reasons to appeal to the general public. I can go to The Boss (on Grant road) and have a great job done for $35.

I bought a minivan from someone who took their cat on a trip with them at a discount. I figured a professional detailer would be able to detail and rid the interior of the hair/dander. I would have done it but I am extremely allergic and don't have the means to shampoo or steam the carpet (seats are vinyl)
I made the appointment assuring myself the $250, driving across town and going all day without a car would be worth it to finally have an appropriate family vehicle that didn't set off my allergies. They had great reviews on pet detailing so I went with it.

I had a horrible incident whereby a catering tray I was carrying in my backseat was sealed inadequately and pig fat grease leaked all over my leather seats. Got hold of Cassandra via a couple emergency calls to get some help. She had me come in immediately to assess the damage as time was of the essence. After a speedy inspection and treatment to see if the seats were deeply damaged, I was on my way. They caught it in time to make what coulda been a HUGE job into a simple, quick cleanup. It took so little time, she didn't charge me...but rest assured, I'll be bringing all of my cars

Figured I should leave a detailed account of my experience. Your experience may vary, but this is mine.
They did a really good job cleaning my vehicle, a 2013 Prius. Cleaning is not my complaint. My complaint is how they handled my situation when I returned to pick up the car and found problems the moment I turned the car on:
1) "Service Engine" light
2) "Low Tire Pressure" light (the tires were fine; I checked)
3) Rear windshield wiper would not turn off
4) Big warning: "CHECK HYBRID SYSTEM. Stop vehicle in a safe place."
I called the owner to look at it. She brought over the worker who

This place is amazing! The prices are reasonable and affordable. We were able to get this lifted truck in on the same day without an appointment. The owner who runs this business is established and knows how to run a business effectively. Anyone who has a lifted truck, any sized car, or a exotic car; COME SEE THEM! I will be bringing our future cars here. We are even going to entrust them to restoring the paint on our C3 Corvette. SO EXCITED! I have been to many places but have seen nothing this great. They even got every strand of dog hair from the car.😊

I took my car by and Cassandra, the owner, did a consultation with me before ever having her team lay their hands on my car. She recommended a paint correction and the IGL ceramic coating.
She explained the importance of leaving my car with her for a sufficient amount of time for them to give my vehicle the appropriate attention needed to arrive at the outcome I desired.
When the time was up and the car was finished Cassandra

I purchased a truck this week and was able to get it detailed at Cool Auto on Prince rd. I have owned several hundred cars over the years and without any reservations I can say Cool Auto are the best. I've used other detail shops in the area over the years. The service and quality at Cool Auto was far superior ! If I could post pictures I would. The difference Cool Auto made with the way my truck looks is Amazing !!!

My car looked and smelled terrible. I wanted to find an interior detailing place so I went on Groupon to look for a Nice deal. I called them and they honored my groupon price in store so I didn't have to buy a groupon! It did take all day but my car has never looked or smelled better!! They were all so nice and friendly and did a better job than I imagined. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be going back

After having my liquid wrap (Plasti-Dip) on for a year I was ready for a change. Did some of the removal myself before deciding to look for a third party to take care of the rest. To say the removal was daunting would be an understatement. Brian was eager to take on the project, which I'd consider a little out of there ordinary day to day detail. Gave me a price range quote which was more than fair considering the "fun" I had doing some of the removal myself. Start to finish it took a little longer than expected (more man hours) but the price remained at the lower end of the price

Complete perfection!! With four kids you can just imagine....We took a very long messy family road trip and our SUV was pretty dirty. As you can see from the photo we had a good time!
When we picked up our car we were so impressed!!

I just got my 2005 Pathfinder back from Cool Auto at 1641 W. Prince for a full detail, inside and out. All I can say is wow... they exponentially exceeded my expectations!! We have had the truck for 13 years. And I would say I am definitely an above average maintenance and care for my vehicle kind of guy. But 13 years of wear and tear creates a lot. It looks and feels almost show room new. I was most impressed by the small details...

Purchased a used vehicle which was in excellent condition except for the interior.. had not been cleaned in MANY YEARS! Cool Auto Detailing had their work cut out for them to say the least.
There were heavily soiled spots on arm rests & gunk build up on door panels etc. that I really wasn't expecting to see completely gone. I picked up my car and was blown away at the extent of detail they put into their work. Very happy with the work done & very impressed.
