Dental implants are a permanent and appealing solution to replace missing or extracted teeth. They are better than other alternatives like bridges because no additional teeth need to be altered to place the new tooth. The entire implant process is performed over the course of a few months. The first part of the process is to install the implant itself, where a screw is placed into the jaw bone.
Mini dental implants are about half the size in diameter of a regular dental implant. This offers many benefits, and they can also be used in situations where regular implants cannot. If an implant needs to be placed in a narrow space, mini implants are the preferred method because of their smaller size.

I am from a small town and had the same dentist for almost 25 years. When I moved to Florida I had to find a new dentist. This was very hard for me because I have very sensitive teeth and I get extremely nervous going to the dentist. After shopping around for awhile, I found Dr. Peretz and his hygienist Gigi. They are always attentive to my sensitivity, help me stay calm and walk me through hard procedures. I have had 4 caps and 5 cavities. Whew😓. I always leave their with a smile on my face. I am grateful to have them and always recommend them to anyone asking. Also The administrative staff

My dental health was perfect, I went in for a regular cleaning, Dr. Peretz decided to remove a silver color filling and replaced it with a white one. Big mistake! I went home thinking that the pain I was suffering will fade away after a day or two…not. After 48 hours I went to the dental office because the pain was unbearable. Dr. Peretz examined the mediocre work he did and then took some X-rays. He said, without showing remorse, that the new filling is touching the nerve and is causing the pain. I told him, I was just fine before walking
