My first time there and our experience was opposite of what I’ve read. We dealt with Rubin, Dustin and Jerry (owner). We were told 10 days for repairs, no one communicated it would be longer and we had to keep asking especially after 3 weeks. It was nearly 6 weeks to get our vehicle. No one communicated with us and we kept getting the run around. We were patient with the process until we had to keep inquiring and no one returned our phone calls and our concerns ignored until we went in to talk to the owner as the last resort and what happened left me in disbelief and very disappointed. My daughter just got her car back from here on 01/17 after them having it for over 60 days for repairs. She did not even make it 100 feet out of the parking lot - and the tire they just fixed and put on - had a large hole in it - WITH NO NAIL IN IT. They offered her a patch as a "courtesy" but that brand new $200 tire has gone flat twice more now. The truck still has a front end shake and failed the alignment that was done just yesterday at a secondary shop. They are overall liars and scammers. Do not let your kids use this place and definitely don't use them yourselves either.

Attention to whom it may concern at the Eastex Collision Repair center. I brought my vehicle to this location for repair after an accident that occurred early December, roughly around the 4th. It is now January 9th, 2022, and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding a status report on the repair. I have called multiple times, left various voicemails, with no avail. My insurance company has a released a check for the repair and was cashed by your business on Dec 28, 2021. This is not at all the service I was expecting and greatly disappointed.

I dropped off my vehicle on September 1st, 2021 to Rene who gave me an estimated turn around time of 1 week to have my catalytic converter replaced after being stolen. Unfortunately, this is a trending incident and the part ended up on back order. However, this was not communicated until over a month later when I had to keep calling for an update because the lack of communication was exhausting. I had to reach out to GEICO to force and update to be communicated. November 5, 2021 I was advised that my car would be ready in three days, but did not get a call

Wife hit a deer tow truck guy showed up and offered to take it here told us we could just show up and pick it up whenever . All this place is trying to do is charge and insurance for their repairs .all We wanted was to get the car off the side of the highway. Called and was told I could bring a trailer and pick it up , rented a trailer and was told no I couldn’t use my own trailer for a car that I allowed for them to take here . I got in my first accident in my 2020 Camry just last week. I called Eastex and Dustin was able to dispatch a tow truck to come get my car within and hour which was nothing considering it was mid traffic hour.
The next day I received a call from Andy letting me know my estimate was ready and they were just waiting on the adjuster. Andy let me know the adjuster dropped by before my insurance did and has provided updates on my car every other day which is such a relief! Within 2 days of my accident Andy already had my estimate approved and my car was being worked on. Working with Dustin and Andy

I literally cannot say enough how thankful I am for everyone up there! This was my first time having to file a claim with insurance for an accident and they made everything such a breeze!
