Went in to see about a paint job talk to Victor. I don't know if he was busy or in a bad mood but he seemed totally disinterested in doing it. He quoted me a price it was pretty high but we talked for a while. He came to a figure, but then someone who had estimated it before called me up and there quote was $400 cheaper. So I had to go with them. Plus they warranty their work for a lifetime on everything they touch. I just felt more comfortable using the other people. They were totally interested in doing the work. They were very professional and I just personally felt much more comfortable using

I highly recommend Victor's Body & Frame. Recently, I had some damage to my car as a result of an accident. I found Victor's Body & Frame via Google and read the multiple positive reviews so I decided to give them a try. Ignacio was the main person I dealt with and he did a FANTASTIC job of level setting what was needed to properly fix my car, how much time he'd need to complete the repairs and what it would cost. My car got some scratches in the front close to the car's light. It is my first new luxury car and I was about to cry because I didn't know what to do and if my mom knows that she would kill me. Ignacio was so nice from the first phone call to me coming in for an estimate and closing me out. He was genuinely honest and made me feel my business was appreciated. He made sure my vehicle was complete in the time quoted and followed up with me to let me k ow the status of completion.
If you are contemplating using them I highly recommend going in for an estimate and you will be convinced they are a great quality place!

I had my Toyota Rav4 fixed here after I got into a car accident and let me tell you that these people did a great job! It looks the same if not better than before. Ignacio always called me to inform me of the changes that were being done. They have a great customer service and they know how to get things done! I would recommend this place out of… all the ones that I've been. I was going to try Toyota itself but they overprice and the work that they do it's not worth it over there so I decided to give this place a try and I'm extremely satisfied! Thank you!
