Awful experience. These people, mostly Tim, do not return calls in a timely manner, don't know their market very well, and are big talkers without saying much. I knew more about the health insurance offerings in my area than Tim did, and he kept saying he'd call back after doing research, wouldn't call back, and heck, I'd already done the research! These people are really just commission-hungry posers. I recommend you find another, different firm of independent health insurance brokers.

Highly recommended! I'm returning to California from abroad and have a 1 month gap in insurance before starting a new job. After spending many frustrating hours on the phone dealing with lots of insurance companies and not making any progress to get enrolled in a plan to cover my gap I called SPF on a tip from a family member.
