BL Technical Services is a small group of IT network engineers and their supporting staff that dozens of small businesses have come to trust. Our senior network engineers are all Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) which qualifies them to support systems that are based on Microsoft Windows and Windows Server.
There's a "Level 2" group that handles the larger issues, such as network outages, wide-spread virus infections, and server issues. Finally, there is a management team who is responsible for overseeing both of these groups. When there is an issue, the client usually has to go through the chain of command to get their problems solved.
BL Technical Services primarily provides full-scope "IT Department" services to small businesses and organizations. These organizations do not have a constant requirement for IT support services, and find that our services are most economical for them.

I met the BL Technical Services team when working in Baltimore and always had a positive experience. I was recently having a horrendous time getting an email/server issue fixed so called Andrew. He responded immediately and fixed my issue right away. This was after 6 hours on the phone with "technical support" from the direct vendors. I will definitely contact Andrew and the BL Technical Team for all future needs. As an independent, small-business owner - I need someone to count on and they fit the bill!

Andrew with BL Technical Services was AWESOME! Andrew came out the day I called, he was very professional, and did an excellent job! I called Andrew because I had a virus on my computer and he was able to get to the virus and remove it in a short period of time. Then, I threw some other issues I was having with my computer and printer and he fixed all my problems, and explained what he was doing. Andrew treated me with respect and didn't rush me through everything, he made sure that everything was done correctly and I cannot say enough about the service he provided.
