I got my phone fix from you for a cracked screen. I have my receipt but it is past the 30 days. I dropped it once and the screen is damaged with 4 lines colored green, white and pink on the right hand side and the screen has popped out. I didn't think just dropping it once the screen would get damaged right away. My phone over heats because of that. I wanted to see if you can help me replace the screen and owner that maybe your screen came out defected.

They are the bomb.com!! I brought my nieces iPhone 11 in for repair yesterday. This phone was BEAT UP. Destroyed screen, camera, microphone the list goes on. We first went to T-Mobile and they were no help so I found creative cell. My niece got her phone back in less than 24 hours and it looks bran new and it works again! Y'all really know your stuff! Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend this place. 5 stars all the way!

This is the worst cell phone repair place ever! Very shady location and storefront definitely didn’t look up to code. The associates are very rude especially after spending $200 in the place took forever to get my device back. Then I had an issue with it afterwards and they didn’t even attempt to help me out. Got my phone fixed in the valley for $100 cheaper and it was done in a hour trust me stay away!

I love supporting small business always because I know I'm going to get better and friendlier service from them. As it so happened the other day here at creative cell. The owner is always around and you can ask questions about your devices. My screen breaks at least 3 times a year and I've been a customer there for years and will continue to go! I came here to get my screen fixed an iPhone 8 Plus a month ago and they advertised that you can get a free GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR if you give them a yelp review, But they lied!! My screen started acting up and I couldn't touch anything on my screen so I had to take off my screen protector and I noticed it wasn't even a glass screen protector it was a cheap plastic one !

I took an iPad with dark lines on the screen & the button was broken. They said they changed the screen (it wasn’t broken) but I didn’t question it because I assumed they saw something wrong with it. They fixed the button & called me to pick it up. I payed $150 & $30 for screen protector & case. This was from Monday to Thursday...on Thursday after picking it up about an hour after, my son was using it & the dark lines were worse! Who ever is it that is doing the IT work get him Fired and hire another one since i never had an issue until now.
I been going with them for years and everything went good since one day I took my note 8 everything was working good and just needed to fix the bottom of the phone the connector to plug in my phone to charge it and next time I know they did fixed but they damaged both of my cameras front and back. Then when I said if they going to fix it they said that there will be an additional charge.

Took my wife's iPad here to have the broken screen replaced. This is the third time I have used there services to repair an Apple product. First two times were to replace an ipad screen and the third for an IPhone screen. They are always very nice and helpful and reasonably priced. It cost $80.00 to replace an ipad screen. This last time when replacing my ipad screen they made numerous attempts to get into my ipad without a password and locked up the screen. They then conveniently offered to unlock it for an extra $20.00. So they loose two stars for locking up my wife's iPad without permission

I rarely leave negative reviews... but this place warrants it. If you need your phone repaired there is no reason that the repair tech needs your passcode. Any reputable shop will give you the option to enter the passcode yourself to test the functionality after a repair. Beware of this shop. The level of customer service and quality of work are inexcusable. Completely ruined iPhone and took no responsibility for the damage they caused.

I needed a replacement battery for my iPhone 6s. I tried to save money by buying one off amazon and replacing it myself but I bought the wrong one. Instead of waiting for a new battery, I made an appointment with geek squad and long story short, they couldn't do it because I threw away the old battery and they needed to run a diagnostic before helping. To top it off, no one that I called would just sell me a replacement battery.

They were super helpful and took a walk in - I came back in an hour and it was good to go! I put 4 stars because my screen was not completely attached when I picked it up but it's something I was able to fix myself. Thankfully I haven't had any issues after the repair. It's definitely worth going here considering how good their prices are.

Rodrigo is THE best! I called Creative Cell the other day asking if they repaired laptops, I explained to Rodrigo the problem and he said that I most likely just needed a new battery since the laptop I was borrowing was so old. To be honest I really didn't believe this would solve my problem but I took his word on it and went ahead and ordered the battery off Amazon.

Great place!!seriously went to 3 different places before this one and they kept messing up on my phones screen replacement. Price is good the work they did is good and they were so fast!! They even gave me a screen protector and had it on there when I got there which was really sweet. The customer service is great and they are so nice and work so fast. Honestly definitely recommended and always coming back!!

Ok, here is my final review of Creative Cell. First off, I went to their store about 2 months ago from writing this review to get my Samsung Note 5 Rear Camera replaced due to accidentaly cracking it, last year. The atmosphere and staff were excellent. Lots of accessories to offer. Anyways, I told them about my problem. They ordered the replacment for a fairly cheap price. I was told to wait at least a week for it to arrive. I went back after almost a week and they repaired it. Tested the camera and the picture turned out great. Yesterday at creative cell I experience what we can call a great service, very quick and have what I needed to get my home fix. My iPhone 6 Plus came back to life when I took it to this shop. Prices are very reasonable and I would say cheaper than anywhere including the divide original store. I try to help my community and I do recommend this place for your phone repair because of the fast and great service.

Good customer service. Called ahead and asked for a price quote which was told to me instantly and was one of the best prices Ive been quoted for my Galaxy Note 4 phone. My first time ever working with Creative Cell and their service was Impeccable! I was online searching for the best place to fix my broken screen on my iPhone 5c without any extra fees or catch. I came across the Creative Cell website and prices were very reasonable and affordable. When I got to the location I was very pleased with the customer service. Top notch customer service! Fast and fabulous service. They fixed my phone and tablet and they both work great and look like new! I haven't had any issues with either one and its been almost a year.
