Be warned, scam artists at work here! Recently had my screen replaced at FXitright on Saviers after an drop accident with my new phone. In less than 2 months of the repair, my screen was popping out of the base, which I attributed to a swelling battery (read this happens when an authentic Apple battery is replaced with a fake). Attempted to contact FXitright to resolve the issue but was met with a defensive, unprofessional employee who TEXTED replies after my phone calls that were screened and sent to vm. This employee tried to feed me this allegorical narrative about an oil change/car battery

My son broke his iPad screen, totally shattered it. I called FXitRight and they responded right away with a quote that was very reasonable. I was really impressed with the service. It looks brand new. When my son dropped it, it not only shattered the screen, but also bent the frame. I'm afraid most places wouldn't have taken the job, but they did and completed it in 1 day. To say I'm extremely disappointed first time my phone dropped and screen went completely black for no reason I took it in and he said he will take care of it. I come to pick up my phone 3 hours later and he goes well you dropped your phone so it's more them likely your fault. I've had phoned fall I never experience a black screen over it whatever I paid. I got my phone and the screen isn't put on it's always typing on it's own and doing weird things. I went in they said yeah I don't think we could fix that. Screen

Do not take your phone here. Never been so disappointed and stressed out over a phone. Not only did they break my charging port, my volume buttons do not work, when you call my phone it 'rings' with static and every time I close an app my phone makes weird sound. My alarm and timer all make the same static sound when they go off. Took my phone to get a back screen replaced quoted four hours came back at 7 pm closing time since I didn't get a call back was told it would be another couple hours they would stay late and finish waited in the parking lot never heard anything! Went up

Bryan (or is it Brian?!) picked up the phone quick and for the iPhone max pro with some massively shattered glass (it may have been run over..) he quoted me half the cost of any of the clowns around here. One guy quoted me almost $500 and since I don't have an onlyfans account, I couldnt afford it. They also quoted me $60 and then later changed it to $85. Completely unprofessional.. as far as COVID goes. No masks. No sanitizing. No social distancing. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I called FXitRight today about repairing my iPhone XS that has a shattered screen. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone number listed on Yelp (805) 710-5455 )and he informed he could fix my phone but that he was out on a mobile repair and could meet me at 11:15AM at his store. I told him we could meet at 11:30AM so that there was no rush. I arrived there at 11:30 and waited outside the locked door. I could see someone was inside so I called the number again listed on Yelp.
