Most unprofessional place I've ever tried to work at. I was so uncomfortable watching them talk so badly about the pet owners then pretend to be their best friend. Most unprofessional, rude, fake business in town. And I've worked with the public for 30+ years and have never seen anything like it. Nor have I ever left a bad review about a job but this was beyond bad.

I brought my animals here for the sole purpose of their itching. I advised that they be closely looked at and I was told it was healing now all my cats have an infection from something that was ignored by the vet here. I did not use any harsh language and asked for a prescription for medication that I should have received the FIRST visit. I was not going to pay for another visit for which my animals were ignored and misdiagnosed at. I will never go here again and you all have the worst service and do not care about the well-being of animals nor listen to the pet parents concerns. You just charge

Elyria Animal Hospital is everything I wanted for my pet. My older dog was having some strange pain/eating issues and I thought for sure we were nearing the end but after a few visits to Dr Alex and staff my dog made a come back. Not only was the medical advise excellent but the reassurance, calmness and caring EAH gave me took that fear of losing our family pet away. They were available to see my dog, to listen and support my family. A sick pet is like a sick child you want to do everything possible to make it better AND they don’t communicate! Reese, my dog, recovered. Not sure what was actually

My wife adopted a stray, primarily because it looked like the kitten was going to die. It had a visible quarter size hole in it's chest, which was infected, and no energy. We took the kitten to EAH and the doctor and staff fixed her right up. I was telling everyone on staff that I was worried about the cost. With everything she needed, surgery, x-rays, antibiotics, de-worming medication, my fear was well placed. They were VERY reasonable and truly shared our concern for the kitten. Couldn't have asked for more.
