Horrible service ! The front desk girl is soooooo rude and inpatient! She gave everyone attitude for no reason !! She dosent want to answer any questions. she doesn’t want to help change the pharmacy address for the patient !
The doctor is not good also!! Have to wait for 2 months to talk to dr.Li over the phone only!!
I did the test and was told I would get the result in 2 days! But 3 weeks already! Nothing !!! No any phone call or email !!!
I would definitely find another place ! I chose this place only because they speak Chinese ! I thought it would be easy for me! But this is the worst

I could never have been so wrong and I’m bonded. Shame on your practice and Joe your nurse practitioner. The women are friendly the doctors are completely unreasonable, they should check what their responsibilities are and sending a months prescription to each patient you dismiss you also have sworn oaths and do not send anything in anyone else’s name.
You don’t go back on your word you follow the rules and the ethics of the medical board.

Today I called the Haverford office for my parents blood test results. I asked, how long approximately would take for the test result to come back and when would the office call back with the analysis. The front desk told me, I don’t know just wait for the result and I’m just the front desk. I asked, can you hand the phone to whoever knows in the office. She repeated the same thing. I asked additional questions and she did not wait for me to finish and hung up the phone on me.
The doctors may be great and they speak mandarin but the front desk is terrible! She not only scolded my elderly parents

DO NOT COME HERE. I arrived early for my 10:45AM appointment. I watched SEVEN people who came in after me get seen before me. Eventually I just left at about 1PM. That’s right, I CAME IN, PAID MONEY, WAITED FOR TWO HOURS and LEFT WITHOUT EVER SEEING THE DOCTOR. Why even have appointments? Also, the staff here is extraordinarily rude. They will ignore you completely when you walk in if you’re not Asian. Nobody should be treated like this.
