My grandson been going to this office for 3 years, I've noticed over the past month and a half the managament has been going down hill. You can tell the employees at the front desk and back seem very tired and overworked. I also noticed their clinical permits are expired and this isn't just at one office I seen. If there was a option of negative stars this establisment would definitely get it.

This practice represents my elderly family member as primary care doctor. But they are willing to let the patient lay in her urine and feces rather than assist in getting her home care assistance that only they, as primary care, could request from Cigna. I made several calls including an appeal to their upper management. But they don't have the simple courtesy to call back. A medical practice should have the welfare of their patients ahead of profit. There is no zero Star rating so I am force to choose one Star. The non medical office staff deserve 5 stars.

I went in for a 1245 finally at 300 I was seen and at 315 I was walking out. I was only there to get my meds Renewed you have to go in every time to renew your meds so every 30 or 60 days you have to go to the doctors office the waiting room temperature and it was about 87° and it was eight people in there at all times you would think during Covid they would have better accommodations

The doctor's are great there, once we get a chance to see them. The problem that this office has is the extremely long wait time. I have waited almost at every appointment for my parent, at least 2 hours. There should be no reason, they patients waiting 2 hours to be seen. This needs to be fixed! This s not a new problem, I have been there for over two years and it has always been 2 hours! I even saw them forget a patient waiting in a room once and they were closing up!

I never write reviews but I had such an excellent experience I just had to rant for a second. I am originally from Toronto I’ve been in philly two years now and have had awful experiences with my past PCP’s here I was referred by a coworker about this practice and I’m so happy I went ! I was able to make to make an appointment and seen right away the staff was friendly and Dr.Michel was very knowledgeable and prompt I think I found a forever PCP thanks again!

First time visit to this office..arrived on time for my morning appointment just to wait an hour and a half just to receive registration paperwork...i asked if I'll finally be next and she was not sure, which is not the response warranted after an extremely long wait for nothing so i just said "I'll go somewhere else" and left. Front desk needs new customer service and intake procedure training or this community will suffer from a closed doctor's office. I have no clue if Dr Tran is a good doctor because I never made past the very poor service of the front desk staff. It failed terribly on my first

I am supposed to be a home care patient of this organization but my provider is completely unresponsive. After spending 5 months in hospital and nursing home with serious illness, I have been home a month and haven't been able to contact my provider, Carl Laguerre, to even talk to me, what to speak of getting an appointment to see him. I have been calling and calling them for weeks. They know that my medications are running out in two days and I need refills, but still no response. I am too sick to be able to leave my home to visit another doctor. I don't know what to do.

I have been seeing Dr. Michel for about 2 years now and I like HIM as a doctor but they have a serious customer service problem with some of the staff at that front desk, namely Amber whom I've had the unfortunate opportunity to have to deal with. It's been EXTREMELY frustrating trying to get help to get my pain medication. She is rude and disrespectful and I'm not going to tolerate that from anyone!
They also need to work on how they make patient appointment. The point of making an appointment is so that you will be seen within a reasonable amount of time. 30 minutes should be the absolute longest
