The staff was very kind and empathetic. They made a stressful time just a little less stressful . They explained the whole process and gave me the instruction on what I need to do to help square away the loose ends left after every death of a loved one. Lucas Funeral Home has been used for many family members passing by my inlaws and so she wanted us to go there. Bobby Lucas was so nice. He explained everything to us and even though we were suffering the loss of my husband, thier son, brother, father, he somehow made us feel calm. I have spoken to Bobby several times and he never complained and was also comforting. I will use Lucas in the future.

I chose Lucas Funeral Home after I lost my father because I had used them before after The loss of my mother. I was very pleased with everything that they had done to make a stressful and very sad time just a little easier for me. They paid attention to every detail that I wasn’t able to think of at that moment in time. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable and can help make a difficult situation not so difficult. I want to thank each and everyone of you at Lucas Funeral Home for helping my sister and I make it through the passing of our parents.

Marci Russell was our funeral director. She was professional and informative, while showing an extreme amount of care for our family. She answered all our questions and was able to provide everything we wanted for our daughter’s visitation and graveside services. She went above and beyond. About a year ago, we held funeral services for my father that had passed away. Doug and the team made everything easy and I highly recommend Lucas Funeral Home. As complex as it was back then, having COVID-19 restrictions, I can confidently say that everyone that attended felt safe and comfortable during the services with no mass outbreak nor anything.
