On a trip up to the Traverse City area my vehicle's rear end locked up so I had it towed to the dealership. They quoted me $11k 😲 I talked to a few local shops and no one had capacity to take my vehicle, then I talked to Sullivan and they were happy to help. I had the vehicle towed to the shop and they gave me an accurate estimate which was less than half of what the dealership quoted me. I picked up the car today and drove it about 240 miles, everything worked. Thanks Brenda and team for taking care of me. If my car breaks down again in Traverse City I know where to go.

My serpentine belt was falling off the pulley. And the bearing was basically falling apart. I called them Tuesday late afternoon and they said bring it in Wednesday morning. I did. They gave it a super good look, found the problem and called me with an estimate. They were super nice. And they had everything done in under 3 hours. Amazing. I will definitely continue any car repair business through Sullivan's. Thank you guys!

Sullivan Auto does great work. I have had several repairs done on my car by them. I have found their employees to be friendly and very knowledgeable. The work that needed to be done was thoroughly explained to me beforehand and was reasonably priced. I've been very happy with the quality of their work. I highly recommend this business.

Matt is having problems staffing his service department. His current staff is not performing quality work. I paid a premium price and in the end left with a car working with less function than when I arrived. There are many, many other service shops that will provide you better service at a much more reasonable price.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Sullivan's! Matt was excellent, he told me exactly what was happening with my vehicle and offered me the most cost-effective option in the timeliest manner. I was enthused when I found out that he could fix my car in under an hour and for a very reasonable price. He was also very friendly and professional. I have been going to Matt Sullivan before he owned his own shop, so I have known his work for over 20 years. He is the best. I have always been satisfied with his work.
