Ben Favel graduated from Bridgeport High School. He also attended Indiana Vocational Technical College and joined the Air Force to serve our country. He served 4 years as an Aircraft Technician and worked on Air Force One, KC135 in-flight refuelers, and A-10 post aerial support. In 1986, Ben started in the transmission and auto repair industry.

I had a MAJOR steering issue with my older GMC. I called Monday and spoke with David. I dropped my vehicle off that night after hours. Within an hour of them opening Tuesday morning, I had already received a call detailing what needed to be repaired. What a surprise when I was quoted an EXTREMELY fair price for the work that was needed. He told me it would be ready today. I picked it up and what a difference!!My vehicle has never been better! I will never go anywhere else for service on my vehicles. They delivered prompt, professional service. The guys at Grand Traverse Transmission are the best

Took our car in check engine light was on our 2016 Ford Escape charged us $475 to fix did not fix it brought back next day told us we needed a new transmission it would be approx $5300 from Ford we decided to bring to Ford for second opinion they said it was definitely not the transmission we almost spent our entire saving on new transmission Ford dealership figured out was was wrong in a day fixed it charged $475 and it’s run perfect since I emailed this business to let them know they made a mistake and never heard back from them I would never go back there and I would recommend you don’t

After some major transmission issues on our motorhome a few years ago, had some concerns passing through town. The guys had me come by, Jacque scanned for any errors/issues and took it for a test drive. They didn't find any issues and no charge for checking it out. Appreciate their time and feedback

Customer service was impeccable. The gentleman that I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable of my 2007 Cobalt SS G85 Edition. I brought it in after my shifter wouldn't go into gear and I could make a complete circle with the shifter. Right away I assumed roll pin and took it to their shop to have them take a look at everything. They had it for a day and told me I needed a whole new transmission. Couldn't afford the parts and labor for that so I took it home and looked it over myself. Went from an estimate of over 4k to a 3 dollar fix and about an hour and a half of my time as it was just in fact
