I so wanna thank Marlyn with American Stitch she was able to get me a rush order for Trucker Hats for our Navy Reunion in Nashville for Labor Day Weekend 2021...
I had our Reunion logo but had to mush for a small space so we decided just putting these on the hats and they came out AWESOME!!

American Stitch got the job done! I came in with a few polos that needed to be embroidered for work and they did a fantastic job! The color of the thread turned out great as well. They were nothing but nice and professional and the shirts were done within 48hrs! I will for sure be using these guys again in the future!

I had an outstanding experience with this company. I had to have custom hats embroidered for a company function at the very last minute. Samantha was so professional and diligent while helping me make sure I got exactly what I wanted with just minutes to spare.
The owner picked up the phone himself early one morning to answer my questions and assure me he was very involved in the process and that we'd get exactly what we wanted and on time. He personally took my hats to the embroidery place to get the logo straight and the colors correct.

My job needed a large amount of scrubs tops/coats to be embroidered and also had to be completed within a week. Even with us delaying providing all tops and information they needed, they complete our huge order time. They are very friendly, helpful, easy to work and much more! I received an email stating that my order was ready. I went in to pick up my order and it was completely not done. I called the next day to check on my order because I paid for it to be rushed since I needed my order in a short notice. I wanted to make sure my order was being taken care of. The lady I spoke to started to give me all these excuses about why she didn't know why they would send me an email stating it was ready. Irrelevant and unnecessary for her to share with a customer. She even told me that the order could be damaged with removing previous work and that could be the delay in

I wanted to have a picture and saying done on a shirt that I had purchased online...and I was able to take in the picture and saying and get it back in less time then promised. Amy helped me pick the colors and was patient with me making up my mind. I love this shop and will go back again and again to get things done...and it's way cheaper than buying my own machine and doing it myself !!!! Thank you...Linda S

This is a company that I want to like, but they are very frustrating to deal with and provide inconsistent customer service and product quality.
While their pricing is competitive, there are often production issues. I have often has to reject their work, so quality control is definitely an issue. Be sure to inspect everything they do, because you cannot assume it was made properly and according to specs.
Customer service ranges from friendly (usually when you're placing an order) to rude, flip, clueless, and incompetent (usually when you need to pick up your order). There's no excuse
